Summary

그 뒤로 src/worktree.test.ts › "is in use while the session runs and taken back after it ends" 가 모든 Node 버전에서 실패한다. tmux pane 경로 대신 runner 의 cwd 가 읽힌다.

Evidence

Risks

ubuntu-latest moved to 26.04 with tmux 3.6, and the real-tmux worktree
test there reads the runner's cwd as the pane path, failing every PR
and the release job. Pin both to 24.04 (tmux 3.4, last green run on
2026-10-26) until the tmux 3.6 behavior is understood.

On tmux 3.6 (GitHub's ubuntu-26.04 runner) a pane read within ~10 ms of
`new-session -c <dir>` reports the tmux server's cwd as its current path.
The listener reconciles worktrees right when a session appears, so a
clean, pushed worktree whose session was just restarted could be taken
for abandoned and removed under it.

readPaneCwds now reads #{pane_start_path} as well, resolved like the
worktree paths it is compared with. With that, the real-tmux worktree test
passes on ubuntu-latest again, so the ubuntu-24.04 pin from #27 is undone.
