Added documentation for Quable PIM

This sentence seems weird. First, simple option, is completely contained within the sentence. Product selection "overflows" into another statement.

Not sure if you've skipped "management" on purpose (it feels weird to not use the full name before abbreviation), for now I've changed to:

but I'm ok with changing it further if needed

I've put the abbreviation in a wrong place, I meant "product information source (PIM)". It sounded odd to me to have a source of management.

The same applies to other iterations of the same disclaimer. This way the "product catalog" even more refers to "our" product catalog.
