Adding community endpoints, both v3 and v3d, for each network.
Did not replace the solidwallet endpoints but put another line called
Community API EndpointandDebug Community API Endpoint. Happy to replace the solidwallet endpoints to make it cleaner if you wish. The community endpoints through load testing seem to take 3-5x more requests per second.
