TERMES A SPECIFIER: ‘cutoff’ est le seuil (no. minimal) d’observations dans les strates utilise pour l’analyse un examen des donnees d’observateur par strate (temporelles et spatiale) permettra de bien definir ‘cutoff’ en-dessous du cutoff, les donnees seront aggregees d’abord dans le temps, puis spatialement. ‘catchcat’ est la categorie de bycatch ‘estimator’ est le type d’effort de peche (prises par trait, par heure ou par no. d’hamecons) ‘do.null’ concerne l’aggregation des donnees lorsque le nombre d’observations est inferieur au cutoff. ‘first.year’ est la seule option pour ‘do.null’ dans cette version du code
