Adds a one-off workflow_dispatch workflow that builds the audience sample app with the Audience SDK stripped from it (removed from Packages/manifest.json, SDK-referencing scripts deleted) on all four platforms and writes the byte counts to the job summary.

Run once to get the Windows number (can't build Windows on macOS locally) and cross-validate the Android/iOS/macOS numbers measured locally. Once the four emptyAppBytes values are captured, delete this workflow and set the numbers in a follow-up commit to .github/audience-build-budget.json.

Builds the audience sample app with the Audience SDK stripped across all
four platforms. Run via pull_request or workflow_dispatch to capture the
emptyAppBytes values needed for audience-build-budget.json.

Baseline numbers captured. Closing — follow-up PR sets the values in audience-build-budget.json.
