package-lock.json in the repo still pins @inworld/runtime to 0.8.0, while package.json is updated to ^1.0.5. This mismatch will cause npm ci (used in .github/workflows/lint.yml) to fail and/or keep installing the old version. Please run npm install to regenerate the lockfile and include the updated package-lock.json in this PR.
