backend/package-lock.json still pins @inworld/runtime to the old tarball URL, so installs/CI will continue to resolve the pre-release package (or fail due to mismatch). Please regenerate and commit the updated lockfile (run npm install in backend/) so package.json and package-lock.json stay in sync.
