Summary

keep .mimir/skills as the canonical skill source
make kb install-agent expose agent skills as symlinks by default, with --mode copy as compatibility fallback
document the single-source behavior and add smoke/test coverage for Claude/Kimi symlink targets
bump packages to 0.4.10 and regenerate dist
