Deleting multiple repositories

• Feed list of repositories in the todelete.txt file.
• Need to add repository variable 'ORGANIZATION', if your repositories inside any GitHub organization.
• Need to add PAT token in the repository secrets named 'MY_GITHUB_TOKEN'.
• Once you push your changes to the main branch it will automatically trigger the GitHub Actions pipeline.
