This repository contains a reproducible pipeline to estimate stand counts in field plots from images collected in the English Potato Trial. The pipeline covers image preprocessing, plant/plot segmentation, automated counting, and basic quality-control visualization so researchers can efficiently convert raw images into plot-level stand counts.
