Summary

• Remove the archived challenge entries from the fallback project list and include csharpc.
• Skip private, archived, and rinha-prefixed repositories when a build reads GitHub, so a token that can see private repos cannot put them back on the site.

Test plan

• astro check reports 0 errors
• Local homepage without GITHUB_TOKEN lists csharpc and jonlib and does not list the archived repositories
• After merge, the GitHub Pages rebuild of https://www.jonathanperis.tech/ drops those repositories from Connections
