docs: diagram spacing/fit + Antigravity demo screenshot#2

- Mermaid: add init directive (useMaxWidth, boxMargin 15, actorMargin, diagram margins) and shorten participant labels so all 7 lanes fit + center on load (the wide labels were causing right-edge cutoff in GitHub's viewer) - Feature assets/images/googlecloud-plugin-antigravity-demo.png — the plugin running live in Antigravity, agent introducing the team + gate (proof-of-use) - Fix make hooks comment to include mermaid check Gate green.
