Streamlit AWS Cognito Integration Example

Overview

This project demonstrates the integration of Streamlit, a Python framework for building web applications, with AWS Cognito, a fully managed identity service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). By combining these technologies, this example app showcases a seamless and secure user authentication and authorization system.

Features

  • User Authentication: Leverage AWS Cognito to enable secure user sign-up, sign-in, and account management.

  • Streamlit Web Application: Build a responsive and interactive web application using Streamlit, providing a user-friendly interface.

  • Protected Routes: Implement authentication checks to restrict access to certain routes and ensure a secure user experience.

Requirements

  • Python 3.x
  • Streamlit 1.30.0
  • AWS Account with Cognito User Pool set up

Getting Started

  1. Install dependencies
cd streamlit-aws-cognito
pip install -r requirements.txt
