Upgrade several dependencies and add security pins for TLS/QUIC transitive crates. Cargo.toml now pins aws-lc-rs, quinn-proto and rustls-webpki and updates object_store, nanoid and other transitive versions; Cargo.lock updated accordingly. Minor repository hygiene: add PG build args to release workflow and ignore /target-pg-bench. API and commons tweaks: make UI runtime backend origin optional (trim/normalize) and add unit tests, add FDW scan filters field, and apply multiple small refactors/formatting changes across SQL execution/forwarding/helpers and common conversion/serialization code to improve readability and error messages.
