Steps to deploy noctuabot

1. Setup a Telegram BOT with Telegram's @BotFather and obtain an API token
2. Setup Heroku Account
   • Set up Heroku App on the Heroku website
   • Set up environment variable in Heroku
   • Set up PostGresSQL for Heroku app
3. Once code is ready
   • Configure Heroku remote repository for the app on git
   • Push code to Heroku remote repository
