Summary

Adds a future-facing feature pack for the finance tracker app:

• Dashboard signal board with leader, laggard, alert, and position summary tiles.
• Watchlist filtering and sorting by manual order, symbol, price, move, market cap, or alert proximity.
• Local holdings tracker with shares, average cost, market value, and unrealized P/L.
• Local price alerts for above/below target levels with triggered/nearest alert status.
• Per-ticker research journal with thesis, risks, and comma-separated tags.

Why

This gives the app a stronger personal finance workflow while staying local-first and free-data friendly. It keeps Yahoo pricing as the market data source and stores personal context in UserDefaults only.

Validation

• Built successfully for iOS Simulator with the FinanceTracker scheme.
• Launched successfully on iPhone 17 Pro simulator.
• Verified the dashboard renders with the new filter/sort controls.
