Overview
This is a Release Please cut that only bumps package versions, __version__ stamps, and CHANGELOG entries across the monorepo—no runtime code changes in the diff.

It ships launchdarkly-ai-server 0.5.0 and coordinated handler releases (mostly 0.3.0 / 0.2.0). The documented user-facing changes are from commits already on main:

Breaking: Provider handlers now forward AI Config model parameters to the underlying provider (per handler allowlists in TESTING.md §1.12). Parameters that were previously ignored can change model behavior after upgrade.

claude-agents 0.3.0 additionally breaks default agent behavior: built-in tools are off by default and host settings are not loaded unless configured.

launchdarkly-ai-server 0.5.0 also notes judge fixes (outputFormat no longer sent to providers; falsy judge outputs shown correctly), whitespace trimming on LD_*_URI env vars in init_client, and experimental evaluations/skills tweaks documented in the client changelog.
