Updates @ai-sdk/anthropic from 4.0.62 to 4.0.87

Changelog

Sourced from @ai-sdk/anthropic's changelog.

4.0.87

Patch Changes

  • Updated dependencies [8202f5b]
  • Updated dependencies [85d84a1]
    • @ai-sdk/provider-utils@5.0.67
    • @ai-sdk/provider@4.0.33

4.0.86

Patch Changes

  • 43ad966: Report interrupted when a stream ends cleanly without its provider completion signal, preserving partial output without emitting an error solely for the interruption.

    This applies to OpenAI (Chat, Responses, and Completions), Anthropic, Google (Generate Content and Interactions), Alibaba, Amazon Bedrock Converse, Cohere, DeepSeek, Groq, Hugging Face Responses, Mistral Chat, Moonshot AI, Open Responses, Perplexity, and xAI Responses. It also covers cutoffs in later Anthropic messages and Google automatic continuations.

    Compatibility notice: These streams previously fell back to other or omitted the finish part. Applications must now handle interrupted in finish-reason switches, mappings, and custom validation. Check finishReason === 'interrupted' to detect incomplete responses; interruption alone does not trigger error handling.

    Explicit unknown completion reasons still map to other. Actual provider, parsing, and transport errors retain their error paths; affected error paths that previously left the finish reason as other now report error. OpenAI-compatible remains unchanged.

  • aac6026: fix(anthropic): preserve empty-stream rejection for interrupted responses

  • Updated dependencies [10026d1]

    • @ai-sdk/provider@4.0.32
    • @ai-sdk/provider-utils@5.0.66

4.0.85

Patch Changes

  • 39a776b: Add a shared encodePathSegment helper and use it to encode provider-returned identifiers in credentialed follow-up request paths.
  • d39b41d: Defer construction of provider validation schemas until first use to reduce package import time.
  • bc1a2e9: Defer construction of Anthropic provider option schemas until they are first used to reduce package import time.
  • Updated dependencies [b089ce8]
  • Updated dependencies [39a776b]

Updates ai from 7.0.113 to 7.0.150

Changelog

Sourced from ai's changelog.

7.0.150

Patch Changes

  • 8e18d59: feat(ai): add experimental_streamSpeech

    Streams speech audio from a string, or an array, iterable, or stream of text deltas and/or text parts (each with an optional voice and providerOptions) using speech models that implement the experimental Experimental_StreamingSpeechModelV4 extension. Returns a single-consumer audioStream / fullStream plus usage, warnings, responses, and providerMetadata promises. Provider error parts are non-fatal and reported through onError (default console.error). A user abort or a cancel rejects the result promises immediately. Exports the Experimental_SpeechTextPart, Experimental_SpeechStreamPart, Experimental_SpeechStreamUsage, and Experimental_StreamSpeechResult types, adds an optional cause to NoSpeechGeneratedError, and adds Experimental_MockStreamingSpeechModelV4 to ai/test.

  • Updated dependencies [8202f5b]

  • Updated dependencies [85d84a1]

    • @ai-sdk/provider-utils@5.0.67
    • @ai-sdk/provider@4.0.33

7.0.149

Patch Changes

  • 1727442: fix(ai): process only the first approval response per tool call, so repeated or conflicting responses in the final tool message no longer execute a tool twice or both execute and deny it

  • 0a5d0e7: Fix toolChoice: 'none' by forwarding it to the Hugging Face Responses API and rejecting tool calls before local execution in generateText, streamText, and WorkflowAgent. Streamed tool parts are withheld so client-side tools cannot act on them, and repairToolCall and experimental_refineToolInput are not invoked for rejected tool calls.

  • 10026d1: Add the interrupted finish reason for provider streams that end without a completion signal. Preserve partial output without introducing an error solely for interruption, and stop tool execution, agent continuation, and automatic UI follow-ups for interrupted responses, including late tool results and approvals. Provider detection and emission will be added separately.

    Compatibility notice: Adding interrupted to the public finish-reason types can break type checking after upgrading, even though this is a patch release. Exhaustive switches (for example, using an assertNever fallback) and mappings such as Record<FinishReason, string> must handle the new value. Update any custom validation or application logic that assumes the existing set of finish reasons is exhaustive.

    When providers begin emitting interrupted, a stream ending without a completion signal will preserve partial output and report this finish reason without emitting an error solely for the interruption. Applications that need to detect incomplete responses should check finishReason === 'interrupted' as well as their existing error handling.

Updates express from 5.2.1 to 5.3.0

Release notes

Sourced from express's releases.

v5.3.0

Highlights

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Fixed HTTP header conflict between Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding in res.send - by @YuryShkoda in #4893

    Fixed the behavior of res.send() to prevent conflicts between Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding HTTP headers in responses. The Content-Length header in res.send() is now only added when a Transfer-Encoding header is not present, complying with the HTTP specification that states both headers should not coexist in the same response. ETag generation is unaffected by the presence of a Transfer-Encoding header - by @cuishuang in #7459

🚀 Improvements

  • Allow conditional revalidation for QUERY requests. req.fresh previously only validated freshness for GET and HEAD requests, so QUERY responses never returned 304 despite a matching validator. Since QUERY is a safe, idempotent, and cacheable method that supports conditional requests, it is now included in the freshness check - by @Cherry in #7366

    // QUERY /reports with If-None-Match: "12345"
    app.query('/reports', (req, res) => {
      res.set('ETag', '"12345"');
      res.send(results); // now responds 304 Not Modified
    });
  • Improve HTML structure in res.redirect() responses when HTML format is accepted by adding <!DOCTYPE html>, <title>, and <body> tags for better browser compatibility - by @Bernice55231 in #5167

  • When calling app.render with options set to null, the locals object is handled correctly, preventing unexpected errors and making the method behave the same as when options is omitted or an empty object is passed - by AkaHarshit in #6903

    app.render('index', null, callback); // now works as expected
  • Upgrade content-type to ^2.0.0, bringing a faster parser (~1.5x quicker Content-Type parsing/formatting in res.send()) along with a behavior change: res.send() now keeps any existing parameters when adding the charset and no longer throws on a Content-Type that fails to parse. type-is is upgraded to ^2.1.0 as part of the same change - by @blakeembrey in #7234

    res.set('Content-Type', 'text/plain; foo=bar').send('hey');
    // -> Content-Type: text/plain; foo=bar; charset=utf-8
  • The default error handler now logs the full error object instead of only its stack trace, so nested details such as Error.cause and library-specific properties (e.g. Sequelize's parent/original) are no longer swallowed - by @Nitin-Mohapatra in #6464

  • Upgrade content-disposition to ^2.0.1, which changes the Content-Disposition header emitted by res.download(), res.attachment(), and res.sendFile(): file names that are valid HTTP tokens are no longer wrapped in quotes. This is equivalent per RFC 6266, but applications asserting on the exact header bytes should update their expectations - by @blakeembrey in #7233

    res.attachment('user.html');
    // before -> Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="user.html"
    // after  -> Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=user.html
