Redesigns the Dynamic Island popup so it matches the iOS AirPods connection activity.

• Compact, single-line card (76dp) instead of a tall card where the name wrapped over three lines
• Battery is shown as an iOS-style ring with the bare number, in green, turning red at 20% or below
• The pill grows out of the camera cutout on a spring and the content fades in from a blur; it collapses back the same way
• The AirPods video now plays in a TextureView, so it follows the morph animation (a VideoView ignores alpha, clipping and blur). It still doesn't request audio focus.
• Swipe up dismisses, pull down or tap opens the app
• Fixes the battery receiver being registered and unregistered on different contexts, and the service losing track of an island that was still open

Tested on an OPPO Find X9 Pro (Android 16, ColorOS).
