Add a README.md for the isolation-forest-onnx package and configure setup.cfg to use it as the long description on PyPI. Include the README in MANIFEST.in so it is packaged in the source distribution. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
