Release version 1.3.4 with comprehensive CI upgrades, new test scenarios, code formatting fixes, and documentation CSS tweaks.

Enhancements:

  • Introduce per-role CI test plans
  • Standardize code formatting using Python Black refactor

  • Bump codecov-action, tox-lsr, testing-farm action, and ansible-lint; update Fedora targets and disable ansible-plugin-scan

Documentation:
