This PR is tested by me on Fedora 44 with Cinnamon 6.6.7, that's why it's done against the
6.6-maintenancebranch instead ofmaster. I'm sure it will work inmasterbranch as well if merged/cherry-picked into there.Special request for Fedora maintainers of Cinnamon. Since Fedora 44 probably won't get the latest 6.6.x version, please integrate this PR as a patch for the current 6.6.7 version of Cinnamon in Fedora 44.
