docs: fill out documentation with tutorials and explanations

Goal/Scope

Fill in the rest of the documentation.

Description

• Added navigation and routing for the new documentation pages
• Introduced explanation pages: what-is-box and architecture
• Added tutorials: directory-tree and select-prompt
• Added guides: using-reactive and using-html
• Fixed documentation code highlighting CSS
• Registered the Collapsible component in the docs setup
