refactor: upgrade demo to use new Prompt.custom external events

Goal/Scope

Building off the successful merging of the Effect-TS/effect-smol#2205 I'm going to update some of my scratchpad demos to use the new external events as well as make everything is working.

• Upgraded project dependencies
• Refactored the 08-perlin-flow effect to use Custom.prompt
• Added a boid flock demo to the documentation

Found a runtime issue. Have submitted a patch Effect-TS/effect-smol#2403 which I wait to be merged before merging this PR
