Changes to docker image:

  • micromamba updated to v2.5.0
  • No longer clobber $HOME values passed via docker run -e HOME ... (for $HOME values other than /).
  • Update CUDA v13.0.2 images to v13.1.0
  • Removed end of life base image alpine:3.19
  • Update CUDA v13.0.1 images to CUDA v13.0.2
  • Start building alpine images for linux/arm64 platform
