Hillshading from HGT digital elevation model data

Implement hillshading from HGT digital elevation model data.
Similar to how it works in Mapsforge map library.

• New vtm-hillshading module
• See Android HillshadingActivity and desktop MapsforgeTest

You can always use the snapshot version. Have you tested it in c:geo?

I published Mapsforge and VTM 0.25.0 in Maven and JitPack repositories.
