Closes #16
Summary
+.github/assets/start-all.gif # 1200×720, 24 s, 842 KB: Start All on a sample Project, merged log README.md # GIF at the top (width/height + alt); macOS screenshot moved below the feature list README.md + site/src/content/docs/install.md # TODO(#16) comments where the first-launch screenshots goThe landing page is unchanged: its live demo stays as it is.
How the GIF was made (one-off, not committed). The desktop app's real UI ran in headless Chromium, driven by Playwright. Its Tauri calls went to a real
localhostd --stdio, which started 5 shell-script Services: Database, Migrations, API, Web and Worker. Each prints dev-server-style output and listens on$PORT, so Dependencies, Port readiness, the states and the merged log are localhost's own. The frames were encoded with gifski. The UI is the Linux/Windows app, so shortcuts read Ctrl.First-launch screenshots weren't captured. They're left for Marcel. Getting the real Gatekeeper/System Settings UI would mean scripting clicks on this Mac, and the SmartScreen dialog needs a Windows machine. I didn't want to fake either one. Each spot holds an HTML comment (it doesn't render on GitHub or the site) with alt text and a caption ready:
.github/assets/first-launch-macos-open-anyway.png.github/assets/first-launch-windows-more-info.png.github/assets/first-launch-windows-run-anyway.pngTo add them: run
pngquant --force --quality 80-95 --ext .png <file> && oxipng -o 4 --strip safe <file>, uncomment the blocks inREADME.mdandinstall.md, and fill inWIDTH/HEIGHTin the README<img>s. Astro sets the dimensions on the docs images itself.Evidence

Merge Danger
Door: two-way
Blast Radius: README
It adds one 842 KB GIF. The docs only gain HTML comments.
