Export `validateUpload`, `validateUploadSync`, `validateImageDimensions`, `validateImageDimensionLimits`, `readImageDimensions`, `getFileExtension`, `VALIDATION_ERROR_CODES`, and the `ValidationErrorCode` type for standalone use.

Prefer `upload.attempt` going forward.
