openkal-platform 0.18.0 (mcpplibs/openkal-platform#6): the runner's hosts, no universal default, the 0.18.0 version group (openkal-linux 0.18.3, openkal-musl 0.22.9, openkal-llvm-runtime 0.16.9, openkal-ld/run/tools 0.1.4). It requires mcpp 2026.10.30.1: the test member openkal-platform moves to it when this repository's CI mcpp does. GLOBAL is the GitHub tag archive, CN the GitCode mcpp-res mirror; the sha256 agree.
