Add Python package configuration and improve .gitignore

Enables pip-based installation and adds comprehensive gitignore patterns for Python development artifacts.

Changes

• .gitignore: Added patterns for Python build artifacts (__pycache__/, *.egg-info/, dist/, build/), virtual environments (venv/, .venv), IDE files (.vscode/, .idea/), and test coverage artifacts

• README.md: Added Installation section documenting pip install . (recommended) and pip install -e . (development) options, with manual installation fallback

• Package configuration:

  • setup.py / pyproject.toml: Standard Python packaging with find_packages(), version-pinned dependencies (requests>=2.20.0,<3.0.0), UTF-8 encoding for README
  • MANIFEST.in: Includes Dockerfile, sample configs, and images in distribution
  • app/__init__.py: Makes app directory a proper Python package

Users can now install with:

pip install .
# or for development
pip install -e .
