I'm an independent learner driven by curiosity about how the world works and what we can build to make it better.
My current focus is computer science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, scientific research, and healthcare technology. I want to explore meaningful questions, conduct careful experiments, build useful technologies, create educational tools, and discover connections between disciplines that don't always get explored together.
I'm particularly interested in responsible and explainable AI, medical-image analysis, and making knowledge and learning opportunities more accessible.
My curiosity extends beyond technology. I'm interested in business, economics, law, entrepreneurship, philosophy, history, medicine, writing, and the arts.
Beyond my technical interests, I'm also a teacher, singer, guitarist, music producer, and artist in my free time. Teaching helps me share what I learn; music and art give me other ways to think, communicate, and create.
One mind. Many disciplines. A lifetime of discovery.

Making the first steps into programming more approachable.
An open-source learning project focused on helping beginners learn Python through structured lessons, coding practice, challenges, quizzes, and hands-on projects.
The goal is to help learners progress from understanding basic programming concepts to developing the confidence to build their own projects.

Exploring explainable AI for skin-lesion image analysis.
A research-oriented machine-learning project exploring image classification, dataset integrity, evaluation metrics, and explainability. It emphasizes documenting experimental results and limitations rather than presenting a single metric without context.
The current baseline highlights the challenges of evaluating models across multiple classes and the importance of looking beyond overall accuracy.
Focus: Python · Machine Learning · Computer Vision · Model Evaluation
Research disclaimer: DermaLens AI is an experimental learning and research project, not a validated medical device. It must not be used to diagnose skin conditions or make treatment decisions.
Data quality for brain-tumour imaging research.
Completed a data validation and cleaning track for research involving brain-tumour detection, classification, and segmentation.
This work reinforced an important principle: reliable research begins with carefully checked data, transparent processes, and meaningful evaluation.

Helping learning opportunities reach further.
An education and mentorship initiative founded in 2023, focused on helping students explore STEM, communication, research, and opportunities they may not otherwise encounter.
The initiative has reached more than 600 people through its activities and outreach.
Its continuing goal is to make learning, mentorship, and access to information more inclusive.

- Understand before building. Learn the fundamentals and define the problem before choosing a tool.
- Experiment with purpose. Ask questions, test ideas, examine results, and learn from failure.
- Respect the evidence. Be transparent about what works, what doesn't, and what remains uncertain.
- Build for people. Technology becomes more meaningful when it addresses a real need.
- Share what I learn. Teaching and clear explanations can help someone else take their first step.
- Stay interdisciplinary. Valuable ideas can emerge when different fields meet.
I'm developing my technical foundation through independent study, practical experiments, and open-source projects. My toolkit is a work in progress, and I believe in being honest about what I'm learning and what I can do.
Technology is only one part of how I explore the world.
- As a teacher: I enjoy helping others understand new ideas.
- As a musician: I explore singing, guitar, and music production.
- As an artist and writer: I explore ways to express ideas beyond code.
- As an independent learner: I keep asking questions that lead me into unfamiliar fields.
I don't want my interests to fit inside a single category. I want to keep learning, creating, researching, and connecting ideas throughout my life.
Learning what I don't know. Building what I can. Sharing what might help someone else.
