Release With Custom Case Sensitivity 2.0

This is a custom version of the label selector widget to allow toggling case sensitivity for labels. This release is used in the Data Hub.

Updated the "case sensitivity" toggle to "enable capital characters" toggle and made sure that when it is turned off only lowercase characters are committed to the database.
