….4.0, Ktor 3.5.0) Bumps the version catalog to match Meshtastic-Android and unpin the SKIE-driven Kotlin hold: - Kotlin 2.3.20 -> 2.3.21 (SKIE 0.10.12 adds 2.3.21 support) - SKIE 0.10.11 -> 0.10.12 - Wire 6.2.0 -> 6.4.0 - Ktor 3.4.3 -> 3.5.0 - coroutines 1.11.0-rc02 -> 1.11.0 (stable) Syncs the version table and catalog sample in docs/SPEC.md. Validated locally: :core:compileKotlinJvm, :core:compileKotlinIosSimulatorArm64, :core:linkDebugFrameworkIosSimulatorArm64 (SKIE), :core:checkKotlinAbi (no ABI drift), :core:jvmTest, and spotlessCheck all pass. Aligns the SDK's version catalog with Meshtastic-Android and unpins the SKIE-driven Kotlin hold. This is the one piece of net-new value extracted from the now-superseded
feat/meshtastic-android-integration-gapsline — its feature work (MeshTopology,requestNodeInfo,getOrThrow, Store-and-Forward, payload accessors) already landed onmainvia PR #1, in a more-evolved form. Only the toolchain reconciliation remained unique, so it's delivered here as a small PR off currentmainrather than via a high-conflict merge.Also syncs the version table and catalog sample in
