Tests pass following this change. Happy to approve. When merging, it must be merged alongside a corresponding change to the IMPROVER checksums: metoppv/improver#2403.

A Known Good Output file was omitted from #138 which is causing IMPROVER master acceptance tests to fail. This PR contains the missing file that I tested with at the time.
