Updates the Quick Shell Command Palette Extension Gallery listing.

• New product logo (icon.png, Store AppTile)
• Screenshots refreshed for current workspace UI (list, create, settings, discover)
• Description aligned with current product language (suggested commands, workspaces)
• Tags capped at 5 (schema max); removed extra powershell tag from the live listing
• Install sources unchanged: Microsoft Store 9PC8S6LNRT3R, WinGet tonythethompson.QuickShell

Test plan

• CI schema validation passes
• Store product ID resolves
• Icon under 100 KB; screenshots under 1 MB each
• Tags ≤ 5

@michaeljolley Thanks for taking a look. Quick clarification on the icon:

Are you saying the gallery icon.png doesn't match what's currently live on the Microsoft Store / WinGet listing? If so: that's expected right now. The Store (and WinGet) packages were already submitted with the updated logo, but the Store listing is still in certification, so the public Store tile is still the older folder+bolt mark. This PR uses the new terminal+bolt tile that matches that pending submission.

If you meant something else (wrong asset, size/format, or a different screenshot that looks off), happy to fix. Which file(s) looked incorrect to you?
