Updates the Azure DevOps publish pipeline to make module versioning more flexible during publishing, including support for prerelease publishing via a new pipeline parameter.
Changes:
- Adds a new
prereleasepipeline parameter for publishing prerelease/alpha suffixes. - Reworks the PowerShell manifest-editing step to update
ModuleVersionvia regex rather than a fixed literal replacement. - Updates the manifest-editing logic to set/clear the
Prereleasefield based on the new parameter.
