docs: finish README (API table + footer) and concrete docs link#7

Add the missing API table and PyPI/License/Part-of-modern-python footer to match the other polished integrations, and point the docs links (README and pyproject Documentation URL) at the concrete integrations/starlette/ page instead of the integrations index / site root.
