USA State Map Plugin for using tablepress tables as map data

Currently using the Vector map from https://github.com/manifestinteractive/jqvmap

== Description ==

This plugin creates a new post type called State Maps.   This will display a map of the USA
and allow users to upload csv files as content for the individual states.

== TODO ==
*Add State Map properties to the post type as admin only meta fields
*Finish metabox to link selected tables to statemap post
*Add css settings for the statemap
