Summary

Marketing site rewritten for two jobs that don’t conflict:

  1. Résumé / portfolio — serious systems project, honest about early stage, no fake customers or vapor pricing
  2. Future product — clear ICP + approval-gated operator direction, commercial intent without cosplay

What visitors see

  • Banner: independent open build, no paid customers yet
  • Hero: approval-gated AI operator; primary CTA = View source on GitHub
  • What’s real list (Playwright engine, classifier gate, timeline, audit) + explicit “not built yet”
  • Stack cards (Next.js / BullMQ+Playwright / Prisma / Redis)
  • About: Muhammad Rafiq · built in public · working name may change
  • Legacy desktop download demoted (CI download URLs preserved)

Not on the page anymore

  • Fake SaaS pricing tiers ($29–$2k) with no customers
  • “Request early access / we’ll schedule a walkthrough” theater
  • Desktop Organizer as the product story

Lead with the SaaS operator promise, early-access + pricing CTAs, and an
explicit banner that the Mac/Windows desktop download is a legacy preview.
Keep v2.0.3 download URLs for deploy CI contracts.

Make marketing site résumé-honest: no fake SaaS cosplay

Drop vapor pricing and early-access theater. Lead with open build,
what's actually shipped, stack, and author attribution. Keep commercial
intent without claiming customers. Legacy desktop stays demoted.
