Brings the beet_flow -> beet_action migration (incl. beet_spatial, beet_ml ports) into beet_stack. Plugin merge in beet_action: uses MinimalTypesPlugin + AsyncPlugin and preserves Repeat/RepeatTimes/Script registrations alongside the migrated InfallibleSequence/Parallel/HighestScore/Score, agent resolution (ActionOf/Actions/TargetEntity), leaf actions (EndWith/Log/SucceedTimes/RunTimer/RunNext/NoInterrupt) and running_plugin lifecycle.
