Changes

  • Removed default preservation option for Whole Blood sample submission
  • cfDNA is now present for MSK-ACCESS and MSK-ACCESS-Heme when using Whole Blood material. Streck is added as the default option if cfDNA is selected
  • Whole Blood for cfDNA Extraction now defaults to Streck, will remove the other options in the pickList

Testing

  • Tested locally on dev and confirmed that Streck is no longer the default option and instead lists the two options (Streck, EDTA) in a drop-down.
