The one-sitting tour predated the two newest libraries: no mention of the login-lockout gate (LockoutService in the handler, counters outside the request tx, the tRPC non-HTTP-transport recipe) nor the read cache (router- seam wrap with tags, write-site invalidation in the activity projection, TTL backstop, the socket bus for the app+worker split). Two sections added after Authentication, matching the tour's tone and linking the sources and e2e specs.

docs/architecture.md — billed as the one-sitting tour — predated the eighth and ninth libraries and mentioned neither. Adds a Login lockout section (pre-credential gate, counters outside the request tx, the non-HTTP-transport recipe) and a Read caching section (router-seam wrap + tags, write-site invalidation in the projection, TTL backstop, the socket bus for the split-process profile), each linking its sources and e2e spec. Docs-only.
