Adds a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically approve and enable auto-merge for dependency update pull requests created by Dependabot and Renovate.
Changes:
- Introduce
.github/workflows/auto-merge-deps.ymlto auto-approve and enable auto-merge for PRs authored bydependabot[bot]andrenovate[bot]. - Determine a merge method at runtime via the GitHub API and pass it to
gh pr merge --auto.
