version-id → content → fonts → "TwemojiMozilla01.ttf" (rename original font) → paste custom font → "TwemojiMozilla.ttf" (rename custom font) → launch Roblox.

Why are some emoji not showing up in Roblox

If the 128×128 size is larger or smaller than the original 100×100 size, or color fonts don't have SVGinOT & COLRv0, but only COLRv1, SBIX, CBDT, they will be won't display or it will be monochrome. Emoji are displayed slightly above the font text, they are cropped when the text box shows text near the top border of the window, it's a problem with the font itself or roblox.
