Many thanks to @ttshivers on behalf of the current team for your valuable previous contributions!

Motivation and Context

During a reorganization related to the Governance change from Docker Working Group to "open maintainer model" in February 2026, ttshivers was added to the published list of Collaborators.

ttshivers was last active in this repo in Oct 2020.

That would be OK with me. History of maintainers / collaborators is anyway a bit confusing due to some people swapping between roles.

I'll wait before changing though, in case anybody has different views.
