whyphp.dev makes a great case for modern PHP, but the landing page only
demos a few features in passing. This PR adds more of what makes PHP good
in 2026, while staying in keeping with the site's minimalism: single Blade
file, inline styles, no build step, no new dependencies.

What's new:

  • A "Features" section with a responsive card grid covering enums, traits,
match, readonly, named arguments, the nullsafe operator, and attributes.
Each card has a short one line reason and a syntax highlighted snippet.
  • Enums and Traits tabs added to the existing hero code sample, reusing the
    current tab component.
  • A "Features" link in the nav.
  • A feature test covering the new markup.

It reuses the existing tab, reveal, and syntax highlighting patterns, so it
stays consistent with the current design, and the grid collapses to a single
column on mobile.

I kept this focused on content. If there's appetite for it, splitting
welcome.blade.php into partials would be a natural follow up and I'm happy to
open a separate PR for that.

New card grid covering enums, traits, match, readonly, named arguments, nullsafe and attributes, plus a nav link and a feature test.
Extends the existing hero tabs so visitors can see an enum and a trait example next to the current snippets.
