What
Add a reverse-translate job on issue/discussion/review comments. Detect the original poster's language from the thread body and append a machine translation when a later English comment is posted.
Why
Inbound lizheming only goes to English. Maintainers reply in English. Original posters cannot read those replies.
Testing
Open or use a non-English issue. Post an English comment as someone other than the OP. Expect the original language appended below the same divider. English-only issues stay unchanged. OP comments are skipped. github-actions[bot] is skipped.
Risk
Uses the same unofficial Google web endpoint as inbound translation. 403/429 skips that comment (job continue-on-error). Sequential with inbound via separate job; bot edits do not loop.
