- Migrate to Obelisk 0.43.0-rc.8
- ci: run push checks only on main
Lock obelisk to v0.43.0-rc.8 starting from its release flake.lock and update dev-deps.txt. Restrict the fly-agent Fly Machines API rules with url_prefix and url_regex_suffix: each deployment entry admits only the method and endpoint its activity calls, and app.toml caps the app at /v1/apps.
Pull requests already run the checks; running them on every branch push too reported each required check twice.
