Fixes #27383

What changes

  1. scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs (new, read-only). Lists the closed issues that carry a QA-source: #RECORD · area.item · clause line and closed after the subject commit time of the newest qa-run record that judged that item. Each row names the item, its fix card(s), the record that last judged it, and whether a later record re-judged it. --json, --as-of ISO (replays the past), --repo, and an offline --self-test (57 assertions in 9 batteries, with the battery roster and floor copied from qa-rollup). It writes nothing to GitHub.
    • A record judges an item only when its title selector is that item with a judged count, or a body line names the item with a pass/partial/fail word and no not-run word. Records that only name an item are shown as unconfirmed: #N names it, so a missed judgment errs toward "owed", never toward "re-judged".
    • smoke:npm-VERSION · CELL locators are re-judged by the next smoke:npm-* record.
    • Nothing is dropped: malformed QA-source: lines, unrecognized locators and cross-repo records are listed under Not read with the reason. Cards closed not_planned/duplicate are listed under Closed without a fix.
    • Time is three-valued. A record whose subject sha cannot be resolved makes the row Unknown, not owed and not re-judged.
    • Endpoints are repo-scoped only (closed issues since the oldest record, GET /repos/…/commits/SHA for subject times). The listing follows the next cursor carried onto the /repos path, because the /repositories/ID form of that link answers 403 from a cloud session and page=100 answers 422.
  2. touched:SHA selector in scripts/checklist-select.mjs. Selects the runnable items whose source[] paths or automated.ref files changed in SHA..HEAD, from git diff --no-renames --name-only SHA HEAD.
    • The #symbol anchor and trailing prose are cut, and dir/{a,b}.ts brace lists are expanded.
    • A cited path matches a changed path that holds it as a whole run of / segments. That covers the same path, a path under a cited directory (prefix match), or a longer path ending in it. A bare basename matches only for a source-file extension.
    • The CLI refuses a malformed or unfetched sha with exit 2 and the fetch remedy, and names citations whose file no longer exists.
    • It is listed in the header's selector table and in the skill's §0 table. The self-test battery floor goes from 31 to 45 cases (14 new, each load-bearing).
  3. .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md, with the cadence stated as the maintainer chose it:
    • a new §6 "standing regression", covering the weekly run on main HEAD (one qa-run record per selector: retest-owed list, touched: the previous weekly subject, priority:P0, surface:api, with Supersede keeping at most one open per selector), the post-publish smoke:npm-VERSION in the shape of the previous smoke record, where its fix cards are re-judged, and the retest-owed reader;
    • §5 gains a fourth retest trigger and keeps "hand-feel reruns are not triggers";
    • verification retest is now "not the fifth trigger";
    • the creation of the scheduled tasks stays with the dispatching PM session, not repo code.
  4. scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs: the checklist-test ceiling moves 259 → 277, on top of docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's 246 → 259 (ruling 6500750765, +13). Step one is 259 → 276 under [sweep] v18.3.0 release test sweep #27377 comment 6501246005 (the maintainer's four options and 「这些都应该写到 checklist skills 中」, verbatim), +17 measured: 20 ruled lines (the §0 touched: row, trigger 4, the §5 npm smoke locator exception, §6) less 3 repaid by rejoining §5 wraps broken mid-word. Step two is 276 → 277 under ruling 6500750765, +1: retest trigger 2's security-hardening clause. No line is over 120 bytes. (Seat refresh of this paragraph, per contract review 6508135176 should-fix 2.)

RUNNER.md is unchanged; nothing in it needed to move.

Why

QA-extracted fix cards land between release candidates. Nothing listed which checklist items those landings left un-re-judged, so §5 trigger 2 depended on memory. touched: gives the weekly run an incremental pool. The maintainer ruled the cadence on #27377 and asked for it to be written into the checklist skill.

Acceptance notes

  • qa-rollup pagination. scripts/qa/qa-rollup.mjs follows GitHub's next link verbatim. From a cloud session that link (/repositories/ID/…) answers 403 on page 2. The new reader carries the cursor onto the /repos path instead. Not fixed here, because it is out of scope. Carrier: the Devx seat has taken it as its own card.
  • Self-test wiring. retest-owed --self-test is not run by CI, which is the same posture as qa-rollup --self-test. Wiring it in means a one-word addition to the check:platform-checklist alias, left for the seat to decide, since this card excludes CI changes.
  • Record bodies vary. The body rule does not see judgments written as aggregate prose ("every item not listed below passed") or with short ids. Those rows come out owed, with an unconfirmed: #N names it pointer, so the error is on the side of re-running.

… regression cadence

scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs is a read-only view: it lists the closed issues
that carry a `QA-source: #RECORD · area.item · clause` line and closed after
the subject commit time of the newest qa-run record that judged the item.
Each row names the item, its fix card(s), the record that last judged it and
whether a later record re-judged it. Malformed lines, unrecognized locators
and cards closed without a fix are listed, never dropped. It has --json,
--as-of and an offline --self-test, and writes nothing to GitHub.

checklist-select gains `touched:<sha>`: the runnable items whose `source[]`
paths or `automated.ref` files changed in <sha>..HEAD. The `#symbol` anchor
is cut, a directory citation matches by prefix, and matching runs on whole
path segments.

checklist-test SKILL.md states the maintainer's standing regression: the
weekly run on main HEAD, the post-publish npm smoke, and a fourth retest
trigger. The line ceiling moves 246 to 256 under the ruling of record, the
+10 measured.

retest-owed imports qa-rollup, and check:platform-checklist runs only in the
daily patrol, so the import was an edge no every-PR family carries; the
dispatch-gates battery refuses that as a silent load break. Running
qa-rollup's own offline battery in the same alias makes it a file of the
family, so a break in it reddens the run that loads it.

Body correction · final head 13840b18580741d87813f7d4482457607d063fe5 · 2026-10-29T17:01Z

This replaces the body's "Self-test wiring" acceptance note. The body predates the last two commits, and that note is now wrong.

Self-test wiring. check:platform-checklist (package.json) now also runs node scripts/qa/qa-rollup.mjs --self-test and node scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs --self-test, so the daily patrol runs both offline batteries. They use builtins only, so there is still no install. qa-rollup's battery runs as well because retest-owed imports it, and the dispatch-gates battery refuses an import that only a deferred family carries. Before the qa-rollup leg was added, head 5d714afe was red on Lint · PM dispatch-gates for exactly that reason.

The card's os-dev-report (6501898233) names head 8bf59c16. The final head is two commits later: the alias wiring and the qa-rollup leg. The ratchet row is unchanged at 256 (ruling 6501246005). CI on 13840b18: 27 success, 15 skipped, none red.

Contract review

Served-tier: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER
Head-sha: 13840b18580741d87813f7d4482457607d063fe5
Local-runs: none
Scope: .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md + scripts/checklist-select.mjs, scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, scripts/qa/qa-rollup.mjs, scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs, package.json, docs/qa/platform-checklist/RUNNER.md, docs/qa/platform-checklist/README.md, scripts/check-platform-checklist-watchdog.mjs, docs/qa/platform-checklist/areas/ (the 16 area files, read for the source[] and automated.ref shapes the new selector parses)

Inputs read: card #27383 (body and all 3 comments: triage 6488316134, claim 6500055769, os-dev report 6501898233), PR #27647 (body, 5-file list, the net diff from the files endpoint, comments 6503148664 and 6504833903), the 42 check-runs on the head. The hit file read whole on the head and on origin/main; cited code read on the head where the PR touches it and on origin/main where it does not. The rest of the diff (scripts/checklist-select.mjs, scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs, package.json) is the lane seat's ACCEPT at TIER_DEFAULT; it is read here only to judge the hit file. The sibling PR #27642 (head 4e5517ca, its skill hunks and its ratchet hunk) was read for ③'s overlap question only.

① Derived judgments

  • Face and tier: the one governed path in the file list is .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md, a .claude/** register row (Tier S), so the review owed is CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER on the rules face; record-recognisers --template --paths over all five files returns hits = the skill file alone. The claim's "Contract review: required" is the same derivation — right. The seat built at the default tier and this record is the compensating control, the Tier S path of AGENTS.md PD#14 — right.
  • Accept set, resolver: scripts/checklist-select.mjs gains touched:SHA. The pure resolver refuses a touched: call without opts.changedPaths (TypeError) rather than answering "nothing touched"; the only caller of selectItems on main is the file itself (qa-rollup classifies title selectors and never resolves them), so a record titled touched:… can make nothing throw — right. The matching rule is wider than the card's two cases (exact path, directory prefix): a cited path also matches at the END of a longer changed path on a / boundary, and a bare file name matches by basename for a source extension. Against the live ledger that widening is what reaches the objectui: e2e/live/… citations now under ui/; 165 of 165 automated.ref values carry a path, and the 257 of 1,820 source[] entries with no / are issue refs, section refs and prose that match nothing; brace groups holding a space are left as prose. Over-selection in a regression selector errs toward running more — right. A malformed or unfetched sha exits 2 with the fetch remedy; a quiet window exits 0 with a note, so a weekly automation never reds on "nothing moved" — right.
  • Accept set, skill §0 table: the new touched:SHA row mirrors the resolver header's selector table and the usage line — right.
  • Accept set, the check:platform-checklist alias (package.json, root "private": true, nothing published): two legs added, qa-rollup --self-test and retest-owed --self-test. The watchdog pins the alias NAME in fleet-patrols.yml and refuses inlined copies of the two original basenames, so the daily patrol runs the new legs with no workflow edit — right; the card's "no CI workflow" boundary holds. Both legs use node builtins only (no install). The watchdog header's "an alias for TWO commands" prose is now stale (five legs); non-hit, lane remainder, noted. Lint · PM dispatch-gates and Lint · repo & tooling gates concluded success on the head.
  • Accept set, the reader: scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs answers card deliverable 1 — every closed issue with a QA-source: #RECORD · area.item · clause line, closed after the subject time of the newest qa-run record that judged the item; each row names item, fix card(s), the record that last judged it and whether a later record re-judged it; --json; an offline --self-test with a pinned roster of 9 named batteries, a roster floor and the verdict-handshake flag (all three parts of AGENTS.md "Writing a --self-test", copied from qa-rollup, not imported — the import is the title parser, which the rule does not forbid). Only GET requests, no write path — right. Beyond the card: --as-of, three-valued time (an unresolved subject sha yields "unknown", never "re-judged"), smoke:npm-VERSION · cell locators re-judged by the next smoke record, and a "Not read" section so nothing is dropped. Every miss falls on the owed side — right.
  • Accept set, the ratchet: CEILINGS row 246 → 256. Measured on the trees: main 246 lines, head 256; the 14 added lines are the §0 row (1), trigger 4 (1) and §6 (12: heading, lead, seven bullet lines, three blanks), and 4 lines are repaid by rejoining four §5 wraps broken mid-word (lines 163, 178, 208, 213 on the head — pure re-wraps, no semantic change). Net +10, exactly the row's move. Widest line 221 bytes on both trees (the unchanged §0 file: row); the §6 lines are 120 bytes or under. The ratchet header puts the ruling-id check on this record: the PR body quotes comment 6501246005 on [sweep] v18.3.0 release test sweep #27377 and the +10 delta as the header requires; the words it attributes to that comment (the four option labels and 「这些都应该写到 checklist skills 中」) appear verbatim in card qa(checklist): standing regression between releases — a retest-owed reader over QA-source cards, a touched:SHA selector in checklist-select, and checklist-test §5 cadence for a weekly P0 + api run and a post-publish npm smoke (maintainer, 2026-10-29) #27383's body. The [sweep] v18.3.0 release test sweep #27377 comment itself is outside this brief's inputs and was not read — right, with that stated. All 14 added lines are text the maintainer's four options order into the skill; none is unpaid.
  • The trigger count: "四条且只有四条" with "⛔ 其它一切都不是重测触发:凭手感「再跑一遍」…" kept, and verification retest renumbered to "不是第五条触发" — consistent, and the card's ⛔ on hand-feel reruns holds — right.
  • §6's lead: the scheduled tasks are the dispatching PM session's, "⛔ 不是仓库代码,也不是合并门禁" — matches the card's out-of-scope list and triage 6488316134 (not merge gates) — right.
  • RUNNER.md unchanged: RUNNER carries no selector table (its selector mentions are the record-title grammar and the planned-item note), so deliverable 4's condition is not met; its run-record paragraph names run kinds as examples of "every completed sweep run", so a weekly run files a record under the existing text — right. The checklist README's prose list of selectors omits touched: (it already omits surface:); not RUNNER, not owed by the card, noted.
  • Public surface: none. No packages/**, no skills/**, no spec, no generated artifact.
  • Check-runs on the head: 42; 27 success, 15 skipped, none failed. Required contexts: Lint & Repo Gates, TypeScript Type Check, Test Core, Build Core, Governed Surface Queue Guard, Test UI success; Lint UI, Type Check UI, Build & E2E UI, Live E2E UI skipped by the path filter (no ui/ path in the diff); Check Changeset skipped.

② Semver level

skip-changeset (label set at pr_create per the os-dev report), Check Changeset skipped on the head. The diff touches no published package: package.json is the private monorepo root, scripts/** ships nowhere, the skill is internal: true under .claude/. Nothing publishes, so no level is owed and skip-changeset matches the diff. Clause-②: no on the PR body, the card and the claim — right: the only accept sets that move are the internal resolver's selector grammar and the alias composition, neither a published contract. Metadata-protocol: none — right: no key an author can write changes.

③ Boundary flags

④ Design judgment

.claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md — judged against card #27383 deliverable 3 and the maintainer's four chosen options, against the code this PR adds (checklist-select.mjs touched:, retest-owed.mjs), and against the skill's own rules on main: §0 (never hand-pick, ask the resolver), §4 (one canonical record title, one issue per run), §5 (QA-source locator form, Supersede, the triggers), Guardrails (one selector, one run, one issue).

What holds:

  • The cadence is stated as the maintainer chose it: weekly on main HEAD, one record per selector over the owed list, touched:SHA of the previous weekly subject, priority:P0, surface:api; the post-publish smoke:npm-VERSION in the shape of the previous smoke record with its fix cards re-judged there; the reader computes the owed list read-only. Trigger 4 is added to §5 with the "three and only three" count moved to four and the hand-feel ⛔ kept, as deliverable 3 orders.
  • The §0 row says exactly what the resolver does: items whose source[] or automated.ref files changed in SHA..HEAD. Read against citedPaths and isTouched on the head and the real ledger shapes, the claim is delivered (and slightly exceeded, in the safe direction).
  • §6's reader line matches the script on the head: node scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, read-only, "QA 抽取的修复卡关闭晚于该项最新判定的 subject" is the owed rule computeRetestOwed implements, and "就是 §5 触发 2 的清单" is what the header says the script replaces.
  • The trigger-4 and §6 texts carry no issue number or quotation, consistent with the AGENTS.md rule-text standard and with the skill's existing style.
  • Supersede for priority:P0 and surface:api: identical ground week to week, so §5's protocol does keep at most one open record per selector for those two routines.

Findings — none is a must-fix:

  • Should-fix 1 (§6 bullet 1, the owed-list record). §6 says one qa-run record per selector and lists "欠测清单" as one, but the owed list is not a resolver selector: §0 forbids hand-picking and the §4 title demands a selector token, and the text names neither the token to write nor that each owed item is resolved through checklist-select by its bare id. Without a named token, weekly runners will spell it differently and qa-rollup's latest-per-selector view cannot key the routine; a bare kebab word (such as retest-owed) is classified as an AREA by classifySelector, so the token must not be area-shaped. State the token (for example owed:weekly) and the per-id resolution in one line.
  • Should-fix 2 (§5 vs §6, the smoke's provenance line). §5 says the QA-source locator is "一律是 §0 的裸 id 形式 area.item"; the reader this PR adds re-judges a smoke cell only when the fix card's locator is smoke:npm-VERSION with the cell as the clause, and §6 promises "上一轮冒烟抽出的修复卡在这里重判". A runner writing the smoke's fix cards to §5 as written has no legal line to write, and the reader then lists them under Not read. Add the one exception to §5 (or a line to §6's smoke bullet): a smoke cell's locator is the smoke selector, its clause the cell.
  • Should-fix 3 (§6 Supersede claim for touched:). "§5 的 Supersede 协议保证每个选择器至多一张开着的周检记录" holds trivially for touched:SHA because the sha changes every week, so each weekly touched record is a new selector that nothing supersedes; the intent (one open weekly touched record) needs a sentence saying this week's touched record supersedes last week's, carry-forward included. Also name the first week's sha (the newest qa-run subject or the last release sweep's), since "上周周检记录" does not exist on the first run.
  • Should-fix 4 (provenance). Trigger 4 and §6 cite "维护者所定" with no ruling record, while the card asked for the trigger to be written "with the ruling cited" and AGENTS.md's provenance form is the ruling record id — the form the ratchet row comment already uses (6501246005). Carry the record id once, in §6's lead line.

Must-fix: none. The maintainer's scenario — a weekly regression and a post-publish smoke that a PM session can schedule from this text, with the owed list computed instead of remembered — is executable from the head as written; the four findings tighten what the text leaves to the runner's choice and bring the §5 locator rule into line with the reader the PR lands.

… weekly supersede

The contract review's four should-fixes on the standing regression text:

- the owed-list record's title selector is `owed:weekly`, never a colon-less
  word that qa-rollup reads as an area, and each owed id resolves by bare id;
- §5's locator rule gains its one exception: an npm smoke fix card's locator
is the smoke selector and its clause the cell, the shape the retest-owed
  reader re-judges on the next smoke;
- this week's `touched:` record supersedes last week's although its sha
  differs, and the first week's sha is the newest release rerun's subject;
- §6's lead carries the ruling record id once.

The §5 four-way paragraph goes back to main's wrap so it does not meet the
sibling change that rewrites it. The line ceiling moves 256 to 263 under
the same ruling, +17 measured against main.

Same-head re-review requested · head c89db3bcf55e3c69705a62689def0fa626cd1231

The contract review 6505116467 (PASS, no must-fix) raised four should-fixes on .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md. On the Devx seat's instruction they are all folded into one commit on top of 13840b18. Only the skill file and its ratchet row change.

  1. Owed-list token (§6, weekly bullet). The owed-list record's title selector is owed:weekly. The text notes that a word with no colon is read as an area. Each owed id resolves through checklist-select by its bare id (§0).
  2. Smoke locator (§5). The locator rule gains its one exception: an npm smoke fix card writes the smoke selector as the locator and the cell as the clause, e.g. QA-source: #RECORD · smoke:npm-18.2.0 · C3. That is the shape the reader re-judges on the next smoke. §6's smoke bullet points to it.
  3. Supersede for touched: (§6). The weekly bullet now names four records, one per selector. The three with a constant selector supersede as §5 says. This week's touched: record supersedes last week's even though its sha differs, with carry-forward per §5. The first week's sha is the subject of the newest release full rerun.
  4. Provenance (§6 lead). It cites ruling comment 6501246005 once.

§5 four-way paragraph. It is back to main's wrap, so this PR no longer touches the lines #27642 rewrites. Both PRs still move the CEILINGS row.

Ratchet. CEILINGS row 256 → 263. The ruling is the same, 6501246005. Measured against main, the row moves 246 → 263, +17: 20 ruled lines (the §0 row 1, trigger 4 1, the §5 smoke exception 1, §6 17) less 3 repaid by the three §5 rejoins that remain. No line is over 120 bytes, and the widest table row is unchanged at 221.

Local gates on the new head, all exit 0:

Scope: .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md + scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs, scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, scripts/qa/qa-rollup.mjs, scripts/checklist-select.mjs, docs/qa/platform-checklist/RUNNER.md

This is a DELTA record on record 6505116467 (PASS, head 13840b18580741d87813f7d4482457607d063fe5, this seat). Inputs read: card #27383 (body and all 3 comments: triage 6488316134, claim 6500055769, os-dev report 6501898233), PR #27647 (body, 5-file list, the net diff from the files endpoint at this head, comments 6503148664, 6504833903, 6505116467, 6505437534, 6505695485), the 42 check-runs on the head, read twice (two were in_progress on the first read and had completed on the second). The move since the previous head is exactly one commit, c89db3bc ("docs(checklist-test): name the owed-list token, the smoke locator and weekly supersede"); it is not a merge and carries no main content. origin/main has moved 12 commits past the PR base efa2915e; none of them touches the skill file, the ratchet, checklist-select, scripts/qa/**, package.json or RUNNER.md, so the net diff against main is the PR's own commits alone (SKILL.md +25/−8, the ratchet +7/−1, as the files endpoint reports). The hit file read whole on the head and on origin/main; the cited code read on the head. The sibling PR #27642 (head 4e5517ca, open) was re-read for ③'s overlap question only. The rest of the diff (scripts/checklist-select.mjs, scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs, package.json) is the lane seat's ACCEPT at TIER_DEFAULT, read here only to judge the hit file.

① Derived judgments

  • Face and tier: unchanged from record 6505116467 — the one governed path is .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md (Tier S, rules face), record-recognisers --template --paths returns hits = the skill file alone, CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER owed; the claim's derivation and PD#14's Tier S path stand as judged there.
  • What the move touches, read line by line against the previous head: (a) §5's locator paragraph gains the npm smoke exception (2 lines, one of them the rejoined 或直接填实值。 wrap); (b) §6's lead carries the ruling comment id; (c) §6's weekly bullet is rewritten to four records with the owed:weekly token, the per-id resolution, the first-week sha and the touched: supersede sentence; (d) §6's smoke bullet points at the §5 exception; (e) the §5 four-way paragraph (lines 178–180) is put back to main's wrap, so the PR no longer touches the lines docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642 rewrites; (f) the ratchet row 256 → 263 with its comment re-measured. Nothing else moves: no other section, no other file. Each of (a)–(d) answers one of the four should-fixes of record 6505116467; (e) answers its ③ overlap note; (f) is the gate the rule text owes. The move adds nothing outside the previous record's findings — right.
  • Accept set, the ratchet: CEILINGS row 263. Measured on the trees: main 246 lines, previous head 256, this head 263. Against main the +17 decomposes exactly as the row comment says: 20 ruled lines (§0 touched: row 1, §5 smoke exception 1, trigger 4 1, §6 17 — heading, blank, two-line lead, blank, eleven bullet lines, trailing blank) less 3 repaid by the three §5 rejoins that remain (head lines 164, 209, 216; the fourth rejoin of the previous head, the four-way paragraph, is undone). The comment cites ruling comment 6501246005 on [sweep] v18.3.0 release test sweep #27377 and the measured delta, the two things the ratchet header puts on this record; the words the PR attributes to that comment (the four option labels and 「这些都应该写到 checklist skills 中」) appear verbatim in card qa(checklist): standing regression between releases — a retest-owed reader over QA-source cards, a touched:SHA selector in checklist-select, and checklist-test §5 cadence for a weekly P0 + api run and a post-publish npm smoke (maintainer, 2026-10-29) #27383's body; the [sweep] v18.3.0 release test sweep #27377 comment itself is outside this brief's inputs and was not read — stated, as before. Every new or changed line is at or under the 120-byte cap (widest new line is 120 bytes, line 247; the file's over-cap lines are the six pre-existing table rows, structurally exempt, widest unchanged at 221). The row equals the measured count and the gate ran green: pnpm check:pm-skill-ratchet runs in Lint & Repo Gates (lint.yml), success on the head — right.
  • Accept set, the owed-list token against the code it names: owed:weekly is classified other by qa-rollup's classifySelector (the area regex is a bare kebab word, so the skill's parenthetical "不带冒号的词会被读成区" is exactly what the code does); RUNNER's title grammar admits it (no parenthesis, no middle dot); the roll-up keys the routine on it; retest-owed reads an owed record's body rows by bare id and verdict word (its rule 3), so a weekly owed record does re-judge what it judges. Fed to checklist-select the token resolves to an empty list (unknown prefix returns []), which is why the text sends the runner to the resolver per bare id, not with the token; the §0 table rightly does not list it — right.
  • Accept set, the smoke locator against the reader: smoke:npm-18.2.0 · C3 matches NPM_SMOKE (smoke:npm- + semver, prerelease allowed) with the cell as the clause, and such a row is re-judged by the next smoke:npm-* record whose subject postdates the fix — the shape §5 now prescribes and §6 points to. Any other non-item locator still lands under Not read — right.
  • The rest of ① (the touched: resolver, the check:platform-checklist alias, the reader, the trigger count, §6's not-a-gate lead, RUNNER unchanged, no public surface) stands as judged in record 6505116467; none of those files or lines moved.
  • Check-runs on the head: 42; 27 success, 15 skipped, none failed, none in progress at the second read. All ten required contexts accounted for: Lint & Repo Gates, TypeScript Type Check, Test Core, Build Core, Governed Surface Queue Guard, Test UI success; Lint UI, Type Check UI, Build & E2E UI, Live E2E UI skipped by the path filter (no ui/ path in the diff). Check Changeset skipped (skip-changeset).

② Semver level

Stands as judged in record 6505116467: skip-changeset (label on the PR), Check Changeset skipped on the head; the diff touches no published package (private root package.json, scripts/**, an internal: true skill under .claude/), so no level is owed. Clause-②: no on the PR body, the card and the claim; Metadata-protocol: none. The move changes nothing here.

③ Boundary flags

④ Design judgment

.claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md — the four items of record 6505116467 judged afresh against the code they cite on this head and the scenario they are accepted against (a PM session scheduling the weekly run and the post-publish smoke from this text alone; a runner filing and closing the records under §4–§5; the reader computing the owed list), plus the two lines the move touched beyond them.

  • Should-fix 1 (owed-list token) — landed and holds. §6 names owed:weekly as the record's title selector, says why a colon is needed (the area classifier), and sends each owed id through §0's bare-id resolution. Against the code: classifySelector returns other for it, so the roll-up keys the routine on one string every week and never mistakes it for an area; selectItems resolves a bare id by byId; a (judged/total) count over the owed list fits the title grammar. The one thing the token does not do is resolve as a selector itself (empty list), and the text does not ask it to. Nothing left to fix.
  • Should-fix 2 (smoke locator) — landed and holds. §5's locator rule now carries its one exception with the exact shape the reader parses (QA-source: #运行记录号 · smoke:npm-18.2.0 · C3) and the consequence (the next smoke re-judges it); §6's smoke bullet points at it. A runner filing a smoke's fix cards now has a legal line to write and the reader places it. The exception is scoped to npm smoke only, so the bare-id rule for checklist items is intact.
  • Should-fix 3 (Supersede for touched:) — landed and holds. The weekly bullet names four records; it states that the three constant selectors supersede under §5 as written and that this week's touched: record supersedes last week's despite the changed sha, carry-forward per §5; the first week takes the newest release full-rerun record's subject. Both gaps named in the previous record are closed. In qa-rollup each touched:SHA remains its own key, so the roll-up shows the previous week's record only until its Superseded-by: close — the §5 protocol the sentence invokes.
  • Should-fix 4 (provenance) — landed and holds. §6's lead cites ruling comment 6501246005 once; trigger 4 points at §6 rather than repeating it. The ruling-record form is the provenance AGENTS.md allows, it carries no #-number, and the id-lint does not scan this file in any case.
  • The §5 four-way paragraph back at main's wrap. The mid-word break ("处" / "置") the previous head had rejoined is reinstated so this PR stops touching the lines docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642 rewrites. A trade, not a regression in the rule: the text is byte-identical to main, docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's rewrite removes the orphan when it lands, and the ratchet accounting (3 repaid, not 4) is right.
  • Should-fix (new, cosmetic, two lines). Two of the new §6 lines end on an ASCII mark after a Han character and wrap mid-sentence: line 234 ends ⛔ 不是仓库代码, and continues 也不是合并门禁; line 244 ends 形状照上一张同类记录; and continues 上一轮冒烟抽出. The ratchet header names this junction (the break renders as a space in the text the agent reads) and wrapLine refuses to offer it, but a line under the cap is never re-wrapped, so the gate cannot red on it — on main this file has zero such breaks and the head has these two. Move each break to a whitespace point or between two Han characters (for example break before ⛔ on line 234, and after 每次发布后跑 or before 形状 on line 244). Rendering only; no rule changes.

Must-fix: none. The scenario the previous record judged executable is now executable without the runner's choices it left open: the token, the smoke line, the first-week sha and the touched: supersede are stated, and each is the shape the code on this head reads. The move touches nothing outside those findings and breaks nothing record 6505116467 judged.

VERDICT: PASS

Generated by Claude Code

Two new §6 lines broke right after an ASCII mark that follows a Han
character, a junction that renders as a stray space. Each now breaks
between two Han characters, the wrap the ratchet's own wrapper offers.
Line count unchanged.

Same-head re-review requested · head 34873abcef8b14a0c91a29c439635cad910e2d26

Record 6505890893 (PASS on c89db3bc) raised one new cosmetic should-fix: two §6 lines broke right after an ASCII mark following a Han character. One commit on top of c89db3bc rewraps both between two Han characters, the wrap wrapLine in the ratchet itself returns for each joined line:

  • §6 lead: …⛔ 不是仓库代码,也 / 不是合并门禁。
  • §6 smoke bullet: …形状照上一张同类记录;上一轮冒烟抽出 / 的修复卡在这里重判(…)。

No word changes and the line count is unchanged at 263, so the ratchet row and its comment stand. A file-wide scan finds no remaining line that ends on a Han character followed by an ASCII mark and wraps mid-sentence. 席位核对

Verdict: ACCEPT at head c89db3bcf55e3c69705a62689def0fa626cd1231. Governed Tier S: check-governed-merges --pr 27647 puts 1 of 5 paths on the register (.claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md), size +1171/−16. The same-head contract PASS is on record: delta record 6505890893 on PASS 6505116467. Landing waits only on the maintainer's landing word for this term.

Scope outside the hit file, read at TIER_DEFAULT by this seat (the review read these only to judge the skill file):

  • scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs (new, read-only view):
    • A fix card is a closed issue with a §5 QA-source: line. It owes a retest when it closed after the subject of the newest record that judged its item.
    • It writes nothing and keeps no cache.
    • Pagination carries the next link's query onto the /repos path, which avoids the cloud proxy's 403 on /repositories/ID links.
    • The seat's run at the head: --self-test gives 57 assertions in 9 batteries, all passing.
  • scripts/checklist-select.mjs:
    • adds the touched:SHA selector;
    • --self-test passes 45 cases at the head, with its floor raised.
  • package.json: check:platform-checklist now runs the checklist-select, qa-rollup (78 assertions) and retest-owed batteries before the checklist gate. qa-rollup rides along because retest-owed imports it, and the dispatch-gates battery refuses an import that only a deferred family carries. That refusal turned head 5d714afe red.
  • Ratchet: checklist-test/SKILL.md 246 → 263, citing ruling 6501246005 (+17 measured: 20 ruled lines less 3 repaid).

Against the card:

  • Deliverable 1 (the reader), deliverable 2 (touched:SHA), and deliverable 3 (§0 selector row, §5 trigger 4, §6 cadence: weekly P0 + api, post-publish npm smoke, the owed:weekly record).
  • The four should-fixes of 6505116467 are folded in.
  • The scheduled tasks themselves stay out of the repository, as the card says.

Anchor proof (dev): --as-of 2026-10-29T00:00Z accounts for all 22 fix cards #27383 names on #25807.

Serial: #27642 raises the same ceiling row (246 → 259). Whichever PR lands second merges main and re-sums the row (276 with both ruling ids). The two PRs no longer touch the same §5 lines.

Gates at head c89db3b

  • 27 success, 15 skipped, 0 failing.
  • mergeable_state clean.

Local-runs: none
Scope: .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md + scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs (the CEILINGS row, the 120-byte rule, atomize, hanAsciiPunctTail, breakLegal, wrapLine); the wider cited set of record 6505890893 (scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, scripts/qa/qa-rollup.mjs, scripts/checklist-select.mjs, docs/qa/platform-checklist/RUNNER.md) stands as read there, since no moved line cites it

This is a DELTA record on record 6505890893 (PASS, head c89db3bcf55e3c69705a62689def0fa626cd1231, this seat), itself a delta on record 6505116467 (PASS, head 13840b18). Inputs read: card #27383 (body and all 3 comments: triage 6488316134, claim 6500055769, os-dev report 6501898233), PR #27647 (body, 5-file list, the net diff from the files endpoint at this head, every comment: 6503148664, 6504833903, 6505116467, 6505437534, 6505695485, 6505890893, 6505958699, 6505959891, 6506422988), the 42 check-runs on the head. The move since the previous head is exactly one commit, 34873abc ("docs(checklist-test): wrap two §6 lines between Han characters"), parent c89db3bc; it is not a merge and carries no main content. git diff c89db3bc 34873abc is one file, .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md, +4/−4: two hunks at lines 234–235 and 244–245. origin/main is 12 commits past the PR base efa2915e; none of the 12 touches the skill file, the ratchet, checklist-select, scripts/qa/**, package.json, RUNNER.md or the patrol workflow, so the net diff against main is the PR's six commits alone and the files endpoint still reports five files (SKILL.md +25/−8, the ratchet +7/−1, unchanged from the previous head's totals, as a pure re-wrap must leave them). The hit file read whole on the head, on the previous head and on origin/main; the ratchet's wrap code read on the head. The rest of the diff (scripts/checklist-select.mjs, scripts/qa/retest-owed.mjs, scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs, package.json) is the lane seat's ACCEPT at TIER_DEFAULT (comment 6505959891), read here only to judge the hit file.

① Derived judgments

  • Face and tier: unchanged from records 6505116467 and 6505890893 — the one governed path is .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md (Tier S, rules face), record-recognisers --template --paths returns hits = the skill file alone, CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER owed.
  • What the move touches, read line by line against the previous head: (a) §6's two-line lead: the break moves from after 不是仓库代码, (an ASCII comma following a Han character) to between 也 and 不, so line 234 now ends …⛔ 不是仓库代码,也 and line 235 reads 不是合并门禁。; (b) §6's smoke bullet: the break moves from after 形状照上一张同类记录; to between 出 and 的, so line 244 now ends …上一轮冒烟抽出 and line 245 reads 的修复卡在这里重判(它们的溯源行见 §5 的冒烟例外)。. After whitespace normalisation both paragraphs are byte-identical to the previous head: no word, mark, id or code span changes. Nothing else moves — no other line of the skill file, no other file. The move does exactly what the one open should-fix of record 6505890893 asked and nothing outside it — right.
  • Accept set, the ratchet: the CEILINGS row is untouched at 263 with its comment (ruling 6501246005, +17 measured: 20 ruled lines less 3 repaid); git diff of the ratchet between the two heads is empty. Measured on the trees: main 246 lines, previous head 263, this head 263 — the re-wrap is line-neutral (2 → 2 twice), so the row still equals the count and the +17 accounting of record 6505890893 stands unchanged — right. Byte widths: line 234 is 120 bytes (at the cap, not over; the header counts 34 corpus lines at exactly 120), line 235 is 21, line 244 is 119, line 245 is 75; the file's only over-cap lines are the same six pre-existing table rows (45, 50, 173–176; widest 221 at line 50, the CEILINGS width row for this file), unchanged on all three trees — right.
  • Accept set, the junction rule against the code: the ratchet header ([finding] The #11106 mechanical re-wrap left 45 soft breaks sitting after an ASCII comma between Chinese clauses — each renders as a stray mid-sentence space #12081) names the defect — a break directly after an ASCII , ; : that follows a Han character renders as a space — and hanAsciiPunctTail makes breakLegal refuse to offer it, while breakLegal allows a break between two wide characters (a.cjk && b.cjk, "renders as nothing"). Both new breaks are Han–Han (也/不, 出/的), the legal class. Reasoned from wrapLine without running it: greedy, it takes the last legal break whose segment fits 120 bytes; on the joined lead the segment through 也 is 120 bytes and through 不 would be 123, and on the joined smoke bullet the segment through 出 is 119 and through 的 would be 122, so the head's two wraps are the canonical ones the gate itself would produce, as comment 6505958699 claims — right. A whole-file scan of the head for a line ending on Han + ASCII ,;: whose next line continues with a Han character finds zero (the previous head had exactly the two at 234 and 244; main has zero), so the file is back to main's posture on this junction — right.
  • The rest of ① — the owed:weekly token against classifySelector and selectItems, the smoke:npm-VERSION · CELL locator against NPM_SMOKE, the touched: resolver, the check:platform-checklist alias, the reader, the trigger count, §6's not-a-gate lead, RUNNER unchanged, no public surface — stands as judged in record 6505890893; none of those files or lines moved, and the two re-wrapped sentences carry the same words.
  • Check-runs on the head: 42; 27 success, 15 skipped, none failed, none in progress (all completed, started 19:09:43Z–19:25:28Z, after the head commit at 19:09:34Z). All ten required contexts accounted for: Lint & Repo Gates (which runs pnpm check:pm-skill-ratchet), TypeScript Type Check, Test Core, Build Core, Governed Surface Queue Guard, Test UI success; Lint UI, Type Check UI, Build & E2E UI, Live E2E UI skipped by the path filter (no ui/ path in the diff). Check Changeset skipped (skip-changeset). Lint · docs & code guards, Lint · repo & tooling gates and Lint · PM dispatch-gates success.

② Semver level

Stands as judged in records 6505116467 and 6505890893: skip-changeset (label on the PR), Check Changeset skipped on the head; the diff touches no published package (private root package.json, scripts/**, an internal: true skill under .claude/), so no level is owed. Clause-②: no on the PR body, the card and the claim; Metadata-protocol: none. The move is a whitespace re-wrap and changes nothing here.

③ Boundary flags

  • open_questions: [] (os-dev report 6501898233) — nothing to answer; unchanged.
  • Acceptance notes and the body correction 6503148664 — stand as answered in record 6505116467.
  • Comment 6505958699 (the same-head re-review request for this head) is the dev's account of the move; judged against the tree, every claim in it holds: both breaks now sit between two Han characters, no word changes, 263 lines, the ratchet row and comment untouched, and the file-wide scan finds no remaining Han + ASCII-mark wrap. The PR body still predates the last two commits; comments 6505437534 and 6505958699 carry what changed — the record judges the tree, not the body.
  • Seat comment 6505959891 (ACCEPT at c89db3bc) predates this head by one whitespace commit; it names the previous head, so the lane ACCEPT this record sits beside is one head old. The seat's ACCEPT covers the non-hit files, none of which moved, so nothing in it is stale on substance; the seat re-stamps or carries it as its process requires — noted, not a finding on the diff.
  • Sibling PR docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642 (head 4e5517ca, still open, not merged; main has not touched the skill file since the PR base). Restated on this head: the move edits §6 lines 234–235 and 244–245 only, inside the section this PR inserts before ## Guardrails; docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's nearest hunk is the Guardrails security bullets (from main line 238 on), so the two edits remain textually disjoint everywhere except the ratchet CEILINGS row (263 here, 259 there; whichever lands second re-measures and writes 276 with both ruling ids). Everything else in record 6505890893's ③ on the overlap stands.

④ Design judgment

.claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md — the one item the move touches judged afresh against the code it cites (the ratchet's wrap rule on this head) and the scenario it is accepted against (the agent that reads the RENDERED text of §6 to schedule the weekly run and the post-publish smoke); every other item of records 6505116467 and 6505890893 re-read on the head and found at the same bytes.

  • Should-fix (cosmetic, two lines) of record 6505890893 — landed and holds. The §6 lead and the §6 smoke bullet no longer break after an ASCII mark that follows a Han character. In the rendered text the lead now reads …⛔ 不是仓库代码,也不是合并门禁。 with no stray space, and the smoke bullet reads …形状照上一张同类记录;上一轮冒烟抽出的修复卡在这里重判(…)。 likewise. Both new breaks are the canonical greedy wraps wrapLine yields (reasoned from the code, not run), so a future re-flow of either paragraph reproduces them rather than migrating a space into the source — the self-concealment the ratchet header warns of cannot start here. The words, the ruling id 6501246005, the smoke:npm- selector shape and the pointer to §5's smoke exception are unchanged, so nothing the previous records judged on these two sentences is disturbed. Nothing left to fix.
  • The four should-fixes of record 6505116467 (owed-list token, smoke locator, touched: supersede, provenance) — re-read on the head at lines 234, 237–245 and in §5: byte-identical to the previous head outside the two moved breaks; they stand as judged in record 6505890893.
  • The §5 four-way paragraph at main's wrap — unchanged on this head; stands as judged in record 6505890893.
  • Tried to break it: (i) a wrap that moved a word would change the rendered text — checked by whitespace-normalised comparison of the two paragraphs across the heads, identical; (ii) a re-wrap that pushed a line over the cap would red the ratchet — the widest moved line is exactly 120 bytes, in budget, and Lint & Repo Gates is green; (iii) a break landing before 不是 could be mistaken by a reader for a new clause — it is mid-word of the joined sentence 也不是, and the CSS segment-break rule removes a Han–Han newline, so the render is one sentence; (iv) a break inside the parenthesis or the code span on line 244 — the break is between 出 and 的, outside both atoms; (v) a new Han + ASCII-mark junction elsewhere in the file — the whole-file scan finds none.

Must-fix: none. The move is a two-line whitespace re-wrap that closes the one cosmetic should-fix of record 6505890893, keeps the line count at the ratchet row, and touches nothing outside that finding; the scenario record 6505890893 judged executable is unchanged in substance and now renders without the two stray spaces.

…l change

The sibling change to the same skill landed first. The ceiling row is
re-summed with both rulings of record and their measured lines: 246 to 259
under 6500750765, then 259 to 276 under 6501246005.

…hich has no card

A QA security finding now gets no card, so the accepting seat has nothing
to append to the anchor's retest list when its hardening lands. The PM
session that landed the hardening re-runs the item itself and names it on
no card. One line, under ruling 6500750765; the ceiling moves 276 to 277.

Delta review requested · head 238a4180d4b117f955d70d5ca2811946badbb241

#27642 landed first (af515db8), so this PR lands second. There are two commits on top of 34873abc, the head of record 6506536998:

  1. 40e97629, a merge of main.
  2. 238a4180, one new clause: the Devx seat carries docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's should-fix 5 (record 6505908337) here.
    • On main, a security finding gets no card. That means §5 trigger 2 (the accepting seat appends the item to the anchor's retest list) has nothing to fire on when a security hardening lands.
    • Trigger 2 gains one sentence: 安全加固没有卡:落地它的 PM 会话自己重跑该项,⛔ 不在任何卡上点名它。
    • The sentence is +1 line, under ruling 6500750765. The row moves 276 → 277, and the row comment cites that id.
    • The wrap is the one wrapLine returns: a break between two Han characters, at 119 bytes.

Everything else in the skill file is byte-identical to 34873abc outside the merged #27642 hunks. A file-wide scan finds no line over 120 bytes outside tables, and no line that ends on a Han character followed by an ASCII mark and wraps mid-sentence.

This is a DELTA record on record 6506536998 (PASS, head 34873abcef8b14a0c91a29c439635cad910e2d26, this seat), itself a delta on records 6505890893 and 6505116467. Inputs read: card #27383 (body and all 3 comments: triage 6488316134, claim 6500055769, os-dev report 6501898233), PR #27647 (body, 5-file list, the net diff from the files endpoint at this head, every comment: 6503148664, 6504833903, 6505116467, 6505437534, 6505695485, 6505890893, 6505958699, 6505959891, 6506422988, 6506536998, 6507267580, 6507883020), the 42 check-runs on the head. Outside those inputs, and stated: main at af515db8 and its commit af515db8 (PR #27642's landing) were read in the local tree to judge the merge, and #27642's record 6505908337 was read for its should-fix 5 only, the finding comment 6507267580 says the new clause carries; ruling comments 6500750765 and 6501246005 on #27377 were not read, as in the previous records. The local origin/main ref is stale (85663a57, 16:39Z, older than af515db8), so live main was read through the API: c1ae3d12, 10 commits past af515db8, none of which touches the five files of this PR, RUNNER.md, the patrol workflow or os-dev.md (one touches docs/qa/platform-checklist/areas/cli.json, a content edit to one item in the shapes the resolver already parses). The PR's net diff against main is therefore the same whichever of the two mains it is measured against; the API reports mergeable_state: clean.

The move since the previous head is two commits. (1) 40e97629, a merge of main at af515db8 into the branch (parents 34873abc and af515db8). (2) 238a4180, one commit on the merge: SKILL.md −1/+2 (one sentence appended to §5 trigger 2) and the ratchet row 276 → 277 with a three-line comment. Separated as the brief asks: git diff 34873abc 40e97629 on the skill file is hunk-for-hunk the same as git diff 9e73c08c af515db8 (#27642's own change: §2 effort bullets and the lane-card bullet, §4's write-door paragraph and extraction line, the §5 four-way paragraph, the Guardrails security and runner-only-tests bullets), and git diff af515db8 40e97629 on the skill file is hunk-for-hunk the same as git diff efa2915e 34873abc (this PR's change as record 6506536998 judged it: the §0 row, three §5 rejoins, the smoke exception, the trigger count, trigger 4, "第五条", §6). git diff --stat af515db8 40e97629 lists exactly this PR's five files and nothing else. Line counts measured on the trees: efa2915e 246, af515db8 259, 34873abc 263, 40e97629 276 (= 246 + 13 + 17), 238a4180 277. The files endpoint reports SKILL.md +27/−9 (the previous +25/−8 plus the clause's −1/+2) and the ratchet +10/−1. The hit file read whole on the head, on af515db8 and on the previous head; the cited code read on the head.

  • Face and tier: unchanged from records 6505116467, 6505890893 and 6506536998 — the one governed path in the five-file list is .claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md (Tier S, rules face); record-recognisers --template --paths over all five files returns hits = the skill file alone, CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER owed; AGENTS.md PD#14's Tier S path (a same-head PASS record, every check green, the owning seat lands through the queue) is what this record serves.
  • The merge resolution, judged on the tree: docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's merged text arrives whole and once — the §5 four-way paragraph reads 除安全发现外,四选一是穷尽的 … 修复由派发它的 PM 会话派(Guardrails) at lines 187–189, the Guardrails security bullet and the runner-only-tests bullet at 266–274, §4's extraction line 162 and write-door paragraph 138–142, §2's three new bullets 106–113 and the lane-card bullet 114–115, each byte-identical to af515db8; nothing of it is duplicated, and the diff from af515db8 to the merge contains no hunk in those regions. This PR's text arrives whole — the §0 touched:SHA row (51), the §5 smoke exception (218–219), the four-trigger count (227), trigger 4 (234), 不是第五条触发 (238), §6 (242–257), each byte-identical to 34873abc; the three §5 rejoins (173, 218, 225) are kept and the four-way paragraph is docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's three lines, as record 6505890893 said it would be. Comment 6507267580's account ("merged with no conflict … the one conflict was the CEILINGS row") matches the tree — right.
  • The merge's ratchet resolution: the row comment on the head keeps docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's 246 → 259 paragraph verbatim from af515db8 (ruling comment 6500750765, +13 measured), then this PR's 259 → 276 paragraph (ruling comment 6501246005, +17 measured: 20 ruled less 3 repaid; the previous head wrote this as 246 → 263, re-based on the new floor), then the new 276 → 277 paragraph (comment 6500750765 again, +1 measured: trigger 2's security-hardening clause). Row value 277; the file is 277 lines on the head. The row equals the measured count and its comments cite both rulings, as the brief asks — right. Against af515db8 the move is +18 = 17 + 1, and the two ids are the two rulings the two increments belong to. The ratchet header puts the ruling quote on the raising PR's body and the check of it on this record and the queue guard's reader: the body's ratchet paragraph still says 246 → 256 under 6501246005 alone (two rounds stale); comments 6505437534 (259/263 and +17) and 6507267580 (276 → 277, 6500750765) carry the current numbers, and Governed Surface Queue Guard concluded success. Noted as a should-fix in ④ (the body), not a defect in the row.
  • The one new clause, read against the code and the merged text: line 231 ends 安全加固没有卡:落地它的 PM 会话自 at 119 bytes, line 232 is 己重跑该项,⛔ 不在任何卡上点名它。 at 53 bytes; the break is between 自 and 己, two Han characters, the class breakLegal allows (a.cjk && b.cjk), and hanAsciiPunctTail has nothing to refuse there. Reasoned from wrapLine without running it: on the joined line the segment through 自 is 119 bytes and through 己 would be 122, so the greedy wrap takes exactly this break — the head's wrap is the canonical one, as comment 6507267580 claims — right. The clause carries no issue number, no date and no quotation (AGENTS.md's rule-text standard; check:pm-skill-id-lint runs in Lint & Repo Gates, success).
  • Byte widths on the head: the only lines over 120 bytes are the six pre-existing table rows (45 at 161, 50 at 221, 182–185 at 196/157/165/150), the structurally exempt class, unchanged from af515db8 and from main before it; six lines sit at exactly 120 (139, 192, 244, 257, 268, 270 — three of them docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's, three this PR's), none over. A whole-file scan for a line ending on a Han character plus ASCII , ; : whose next line opens with a Han character finds zero, the posture record 6506536998 established and docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's merged lines keep — right.
  • The rest of ① — the touched: resolver and its refusal without a changed set, the owed:weekly token against classifySelector, the smoke:npm-VERSION · CELL locator against NPM_SMOKE, the check:platform-checklist alias and the watchdog, the reader, the trigger count and the hand-feel ⛔, §6's not-a-gate lead, RUNNER unchanged by this PR, no public surface — stands as judged in records 6505116467, 6505890893 and 6506536998; none of those files or lines moved in either commit, and the merge brought no change to scripts/**, package.json or RUNNER.md (the merge's diff against af515db8 is the five PR files alone).
  • Check-runs on the head: 42; 27 success, 15 skipped, none failed, none in progress (all completed, started 20:13:03Z–20:28:01Z, after the head commit at 20:12:54Z). Required contexts: Lint & Repo Gates (which runs pnpm check:pm-skill-ratchet and pnpm check:pm-skill-id-lint, lint.yml lines 1038 and 1048), TypeScript Type Check, Test Core, Build Core, Governed Surface Queue Guard, Test UI success; Lint UI, Type Check UI, Build & E2E UI, Live E2E UI skipped by the path filter (no ui/ path in the diff). Check Changeset skipped (skip-changeset). Lint · docs & code guards, Lint · repo & tooling gates, Lint · PM dispatch-gates, PR-body guards success.

② Semver level

Stands as judged in records 6505116467, 6505890893 and 6506536998: skip-changeset (label on the PR), Check Changeset skipped on the head; the diff touches no published package (private root package.json, scripts/**, an internal: true skill under .claude/), so no level is owed. Clause-②: no on the PR body, the card and the claim; Metadata-protocol: none. The merge carries main's changesets into the branch's history but adds none to the PR's diff; the clause is rule text. Nothing here moves.

③ Boundary flags

④ Design judgment

.claude/skills/checklist-test/SKILL.md — the one new clause judged against §4 and §5 as merged, the Guardrails as merged, RUNNER rule 2's carve-out on af515db8 (the twin the Guardrails name), the code it cites (the ratchet's wrap rule; the reader's owed rule for what trigger 2 now splits), and the scenario it is accepted against: a security hardening lands with no card anywhere, and the item the finding sat on has to be re-verified without the retest list that trigger 2 normally feeds. Every other item of records 6505116467, 6505890893 and 6506536998 re-read on the head and found at the same bytes; #27642's merged text re-read at af515db8's bytes.

  • The clause's premise is the merged rule. §4 line 162 (⛔ 安全发现不抽取、不立任何卡), the §5 disposition paragraph (安全发现那一行本身即处置:⛔ 不立卡、不写 Extracted: 行) and the Guardrails bullet (⛔ 不立任何卡,锚卡、跟踪卡不提) together remove the two things trigger 2 runs on — a fix card and an accepting seat — so on af515db8 trigger 2 has nothing to fire on for a security hardening and the item is re-verified only by a release candidate (trigger 1, Tier 1 only) or the maintainer's word (trigger 3). That is the gap record 6505908337 named; the clause closes it inside trigger 2 rather than as a fifth trigger, so 四条且只有四条 and ⛔ 其它一切都不是重测触发 stand untouched — right.
  • The actor is the right one. 落地它的 PM 会话 — under the merged Guardrails the PM session that dispatched the finding dispatches the fix and owns every PR the run produces "through review, contract review where it is owed, readiness and landing" (RUNNER rule 2, same words), so the landing session is the dispatching session, the one party that knows which item the hardening answers. 自己重跑 keeps that knowledge in that session: a runner dispatch would have to name the item next to the hardening in a dispatch order, which is not a card but is a second place the pairing is written. Consistent with 没有子代理工具时,顺序跑 (a PM session may run items itself) — right.
  • The ⛔ is the merged rule restated for the one card trigger 2 would otherwise write to. 不在任何卡上点名它 is RUNNER's "no line about it on the wave's anchor" and the Guardrails' 锚卡、跟踪卡不提 applied to the anchor's retest list; the only place the item id is sanctioned to appear is the run record's own withheld row (area.item · 条款 · security finding — detail withheld, reported to PM), and a record is not a card in this file's vocabulary (§4: run 记录 … ⛔ 不是可派发单元) — right.
  • Against the reader. retest-owed computes trigger 2's list from QA-source: lines on closed cards; a hardening has no card, so it never appears owed, and §6's 就是 §5 触发 2 的清单 is now, precisely, the carded part of that list. The clause is the uncarded part, stated where trigger 2 is stated; the reader's blind side here is by construction and on the side the rule wants (nothing on GitHub names the item beside its fix). No change to §6 is owed — noted, not a finding.
  • RUNNER has no twin to update. The "one rule written in both places" clause binds the two Guardrails bullets to RUNNER rule 2; RUNNER has no retest-trigger list (its only retest text is "A verification re-run files none"), so the clause has no counterpart to drift from — right.
  • Should-fix 1 (new; the clause's verdict destination). The clause says who re-runs and where the item is not named, but not where the re-run's verdict is written. Under §4 and the Guardrails (一个选择器、一次运行、一张 issue) a one-item run files a qa-run record titled on the bare id with (1/1), which the no-card rule permits (a record is not a card, and the finding's own record already carries the item id in its withheld row); the alternative is in-session evidence in the PM session's own report, which nothing on GitHub reads. The two differ in whether retest-owed rule 3 and qa-rollup ever see the re-judgment. One phrase in the clause (for example 判定照 §4 立一张单项记录, or 判定留会话终报) settles it; a rejoin elsewhere pays the line if it does not fit the 120-byte budget of line 232 (53 bytes, 67 spare). Not a must-fix: the ruling's priority (no card, no reproduction anywhere on GitHub) holds under either reading, and the scenario — the hardening lands, the one actor who knows re-verifies the item, nothing names it on a card — is executable from the text as written.
  • Should-fix 2 (the raising PR's body). The ratchet header requires the raising PR to quote the ruling comment's id and the measured delta in its body. The body's paragraph 4 still reads 246 → 256 under 6501246005 with +10; the row now reads 246 → 259 (6500750765, docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642) → 276 (6501246005, +17) → 277 (6500750765, +1), and only comments 6505437534 and 6507267580 carry those numbers. Refresh paragraph 4 to the row's three increments and both ids before the seat lands it, so the body-quoted ruling matches the row the queue guard's reader sees.
  • Tried to break it: (i) the merge duplicating or dropping a line of either PR — ruled out by the two hunk-for-hunk comparisons above and the 246 + 13 + 17 = 276 count; (ii) the merge quietly taking main's version of a line this PR had rejoined — the three rejoins (173, 218, 225) are on the head and the four-way paragraph is docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's, as the previous head already had it; (iii) the clause pushing trigger 2 over the cap or into a Han + ASCII-mark wrap — 119/53 bytes, Han–Han break, canonical under wrapLine; (iv) the clause making 自己重跑 collide with runner 只测试 — that bullet binds the runner, not the PM session, and §2 already lets a session run sequentially; (v) the clause naming the item somewhere the merged rule forbids — it names no place and forbids the one trigger 2 would have used; (vi) the row comment citing a ruling for a line the ruling did not order — the line is the retest consequence of the no-card rule 6500750765 orders, without which that rule leaves trigger 2 unexecutable for its own case; the id is the right one, the comment itself was not read, as stated; (vii) a change elsewhere in the file outside the two commits' stated hunks — none: the skill diff from 34873abc to the head is docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's hunks plus lines 231–232.

Must-fix: none. The merge keeps both PRs' ruled text whole, once each, at the measured count the row states with both rulings cited; the one new clause closes the gap the merged no-card rule opened in trigger 2, in the actor and the terms the merged §4, §5 and Guardrails already use, at the canonical wrap; the move adds nothing outside those two items and breaks nothing records 6505116467, 6505890893 and 6506536998 judged. The two should-fixes tighten the clause's one open choice and bring the PR body up to the row.

Answer to record 6508135176's two should-fixes · head 238a4180

The head stays where it is. Under the Devx seat's standing instruction for this PR, only a must-fix or red CI moves the head now, and record 6508135176 has neither.

  • Should-fix 1 (where the hardening re-run's verdict is written): stays as is. Both readings the record names keep the ruling's priority: no card, and no reproduction on GitHub. The choice between "a one-item qa-run record" and "the PM session's own report" is left to a follow-up if the seat wants it settled in the text.
  • Should-fix 2 (the PR body's ratchet paragraph): the seat's write. The author writes the body only once, so the seat refreshes it. Replacement text for paragraph 4 of "What changes": "scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs: the checklist-test ceiling moves 259 → 277 on top of docs(checklist-test): a QA security finding gets no card and goes privately to the PM session, runners only test, and runner dispatches state effort by card shape #27642's 246 → 259 (ruling 6500750765, +13). The first step is 259 → 276 under ruling 6501246005 on [sweep] v18.3.0 release test sweep #27377, +17 measured: 20 ruled lines (the §0 touched: row, trigger 4, the §5 npm smoke locator exception, §6) less 3 repaid by rejoining §5 wraps broken mid-word. The second step is 276 → 277 under ruling 6500750765, +1: retest trigger 2's security-hardening clause."

席位核对 (re-ACCEPT)

Verdict: ACCEPT at head 238a4180d4b117f955d70d5ca2811946badbb241. This supersedes 6505959891, which was on c89db3bc.

What moved since that head:

Contract review: the same-head delta record 6508135176 is PASS, with no must-fix. Its two should-fixes:

  • Should-fix 1 (where the hardening re-run's verdict is written) stays as is and is answered in 6508153203.
  • Should-fix 2 (the body's ratchet paragraph) is done: the seat refreshed the body to 246 → 259 → 276 → 277 with both ruling ids.

Governed Tier S, under the maintainer's landing grant for this term (2026-10-29 19:34Z). CI is green on the head; one check re-runs because of the body edit, and auto-merge waits for it. Flipped now.
