Follow-up to #28045 (merged cdbf08d1): the three should-fixes of its last contract review, 6524319651, which could not be pushed to #28045 because the branch was locked in the merge queue (6524373920). Part of #28130. Fixes nothing.

  • 两分钟验证:node scripts/adr-index.mjs --check、node scripts/check-adr-links.mjs、node scripts/check-adr-symbol-anchors.mjs 本地全过(锚点 2845/148 records)。
  • 需要你做的:docs/adr/** 是 Tier H,hand-merge;你对 ADR-0146 的审阅意见也可以直接压在这个分支上。

What changes

Why

The review found the record carried zero path#symbol anchors, so the symbol gate held none of its claims (a misnamed hook rode through an earlier head for that reason); Rollout 3's count disagreed with D7; the epic sentence snapshotted a label that drops at the merge. None of the three changes a decision.

Verification

  • node scripts/adr-index.mjs --check → OK.
  • node scripts/check-adr-links.mjs → 944 relative link destinations resolve.
  • node scripts/check-adr-symbol-anchors.mjs → 2845 anchors across 148 records resolve (the four new ones included).
  • Docs-only, no changeset (skip-changeset).

Clause-②: no
Metadata-protocol: none

Human Minimum

  • 1. Schemas start as Zod; packages/spec holds no runtime logic. (n/a — docs only)
  • 2. Every name I added uses the casing for its kind.
  • 3. No formatter ran; pnpm lint passes. (ADR checks run; no code touched)
  • 4. One issue, one branch off an up-to-date main, one pull request.
  • 5. A change that publishes carries a changeset, and both declaration lines are filled in here and in the changeset. (nothing publishes)
  • 6. packages/spec touched: its generated artifacts are regenerated and committed. (not touched)
  • 7. No hand edits to content/docs/references/, packages/*/CHANGELOG.md or content/docs/releases/.
  • 8. Title, body and comments are in English. (the 速读 block is the project's maintainer-facing convention)
  • The Before Submitting list in CONTRIBUTING.md is done.

…er item; paired customize package

Proposed record drafted on the maintainer's instruction in the project
decision thread for #27356 rows 12 / 14 / 19. Declares the boundary
between Studio (all metadata: design, catalog, source, layers, history,
diagnostics) and Setup (administration of the deployment), one editor
per metadata item, in-place overlay editing on a read-only package, the
operational switches on the item, a browse entry for read-only packages,
and a paired `<base>.customize` package shown as one surface with its
base. Implements nothing; the rollout is cut as cards after the merge.

M1: name the ADR-0126 §9 first-bullet lift (badge, customization list,
revert on served facts; diff-vs-base and the upgrade skip-report stay
deferred; clone provenance untouched) and stop saying §9 "stands in
full". S1: state the ADR-0070 D3 amendment for the paired case. S2: own
the greyed-with-source presentation; cite ADR-0029 D7 for the
contribution only. S3: correct the Context readings (directory hides
field/package and shows the active package's types; dataset has a
create dialog, no designer; the charter sentence is the file's doc
comment; queue membership has no Setup section at this head, ADR-0142).
S4: reachable provenance (ruling record 6520616687; the D1–D3 quotes
have no GitHub record), restore the verbatim quote and mark the
editorial note. S5: the ledger switch's authority and its disabled
shape under a walled posture. S6: cite ADR-0141. S8: export "as
ADR-0070 D4 lands". Note #28076 landing D5 ahead of the record.

S9: the paired package is exported, duplicated and deleted as any
writable package is; the export door is on the runtime route ledger.
S10: the ledger switch's disabled shape reads the two served posture
facts the walled catalog doors read; no client copy of the gate's
sentence; "naming the platform operator". S11: D4's quote is on the
card in part, D5 and D6 in full. S12: #28076 merged; ADR-0141 marked
Proposed with its mechanisms on main; "the row-20 cards"; the create
door sets the base's namespace explicitly.

The maintainer asked for the rollout to have its own epic card
(「同意,立专题卡」). #28130 carries the phase 2 and phase 3 child-card
plan and is pm:blocked on this record's PR; the Rollout section and Refs
now name it.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Utp6CaRN6wdrRyLKJSCMYH
S13: the four load-bearing symbols are cited in path#symbol form so
check:adr-symbol-anchors holds them (walledCatalogReadOnly,
useTenancyPosture, refuseUngrantedActivationWrite,
deriveNamespaceFromPackageId). S14: Rollout 3 counts the two Setup
administration pages D7 names; queue membership arrives with ADR-0142
D2. S15: the epic sentence no longer snapshots labels or names this
record's own PR number.

Contract review

Served-tier: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER
Head-sha: 23531cc67e458e63e9cca72263b370d66336a2ab
Local-runs: none
Scope: docs/adr/0146-studio-designs-setup-administers-one-editor-per-item-paired-customize-package.md + packages/spec/src/kernel/namespace-prefix.ts, packages/runtime/src/domains/activation-gate.ts, ui/packages/app-shell/src/hooks/useTenancyPosture.ts, ui/packages/app-shell/src/views/metadata-admin/catalog-scope.ts, scripts/check-adr-symbol-anchors.mjs, scripts/symbol-anchors.mjs, .github/workflows/lint.yml, scripts/ci/lane-verdict.mjs, docs/adr/0142-ownership-queue-membership-claim-and-assignment-rules.md, docs/adr/README.md

Inputs: card #27356 (body and all 27 comments — two new since record 6524319651, the domain:ui seat's handoff 6524323618 and its release 6524544915, neither naming this PR; ruling record 6520616687 re-read), PR #28145 (body, file list of one file, net diff +11/−9 against main by the API, no comments), the 46 check-runs on the head, and the record this PR answers, 6524319651 on PR #28045 (PASS on head 101e337, S13–S15 should-fix), with the author's answer there (6524373920; its duplicate 6524391182 is withdrawn). Read because the moved sentences make claims about them: epic #28130 (body and today's labels), PR #28045's landing (approved and merged by os-zhuang, merge commit cdbf08d at 13:55:15Z), ADR-0142 D2 and its execution plan. This is a delta review of record 6524319651: each of S13–S15 is judged discharged or not against the tree at this head, the three moved passages are judged afresh, and what the move does not touch stands as judged in records 6522731250, 6523690910 and 6524319651, named where it does. The head is a merge commit — first parent 858b0e2 (the answer, one commit), second parent cdbf08d (main at #28045's merge) — so 660 files ride in it; the net diff against the merge-base is the ADR alone, and it is byte-identical to commit 858b0e2's own diff. The ADR at cdbf08d is byte-identical to the ADR at 101e337, so the answer lands on exactly the text record 6524319651 reviewed. None of the four anchored files, PackagedAutomationPage.tsx or ADR-0142 changed between 101e337 and this head, so that record's readings of them stand.

① Derived judgments

  • Accept-set / published surface: none changes — right. One file under docs/adr/, labels documentation, size/s, skip-changeset; a draft; docs/adr/** is Tier H, landed by the maintainer's hand (Prime Directive feat: Comprehensive CRM example demonstrating all ObjectStack protocol features #14). Nothing publishes from any released package.
  • ADR registry state — right. The title (line 1) and the status line (line 3) are untouched, so the index row for ADR-0146 in docs/adr/README.md is byte-identical between main and the head and the README is rightly not in the diff; docs/adr/ holds 148 Markdown files on both.
  • Check-runs as gate verdicts — read as follows. All 46 runs are completed, all on this head, started 13:58:32Z–14:08:04Z, after the head commit (13:57:51Z). Two trigger sets ride on the head: the pull_request set, where the required contexts are green — Lint & Repo Gates, TypeScript Type Check, Test Core, Test UI, Governed Surface Queue Guard — with Build Core, Lint UI, Type Check UI, Build & E2E UI and Live E2E UI skipped on the docs-only diff, Check Documentation Links, Check Changeset, Check PR Size, PR-body guards and Auto Label green; and a second event's set, where Auto Label, Check Changeset, Check PR Size and the opt-in harnesses are skipped — a second event on the same head, not a second verdict.
  • What the green symbol-anchor gate now holds — the heart of S13. Lint · docs & code guards (job lint-docs-code) runs pnpm check:adr-symbol-anchors as a continue-on-error: true step whose outcome the job's last step, Lane verdict (scripts/ci/lane-verdict.mjs, reading every step's outcome), turns into the job's verdict — so the green job is the gate's verdict, not a swallowed red. At this head the record carries exactly four path#symbol anchors, up from zero at 101e337: packages/spec/src/kernel/namespace-prefix.ts#deriveNamespaceFromPackageId, packages/runtime/src/domains/activation-gate.ts#refuseUngrantedActivationWrite, ui/packages/app-shell/src/hooks/useTenancyPosture.ts#useTenancyPosture, ui/packages/app-shell/src/views/metadata-admin/catalog-scope.ts#walledCatalogReadOnly. Each is a backticked span the resolver's spanned-anchor grammar extracts; each path is a tracked file (the resolver's existence test is git ls-files at the repo root, and ui/ is in this tree — ADR-0087 already anchors into ui/, so the form has a precedent in the corpus); each symbol is a declaration site the resolution rule admits (export function three times, export async function once — the declaration pattern accepts async). The gate judges all four and is green; the record's four load-bearing symbols are now the gate's to hold, which is what S13 asked for. Every other path and symbol the record cites (HIDDEN_TYPES, useStudioDesignGate, PositionHoldersSection, AssignedUsersSection, flow-clone.ts and the rest) is still a bare span and still prose to the gate — S13 was scoped to the four the decisions turn on, and that is what landed; not a finding.
  • The move adds nothing outside S13–S15 — right. Hunk by hunk: the D3 "Doors this needs" clause gains the fourth anchor and re-wraps one line (S13); the D4 authority bullet gains the three anchors and re-wraps (S13); the Rollout opener loses the label snapshot and the PR number (S15); Rollout 3 counts two pages and names D7 and ADR-0142 D2 (S14). Four passages, 11 added and 9 removed lines, no other line of the record touched; D1–D7, the Context, the quotes, the status line, the Consequences, the At-acceptance paragraph, the open questions and the Refs are as on main.
  • No vendor or product name in the record — right; a case-insensitive sweep of the head's text hits only two linked ADR filenames and two pre-existing phrases about save behaviour and the status-line form, none of them a name.

② Semver level

Stands as judged in records 6522731250 and 6524319651: skip-changeset is the right declaration (one Markdown file under docs/adr/; nothing publishes from any released package), Clause-②: no and Metadata-protocol: none are line-initial in the PR body and match the diff, no changeset is owed and none is present; Check Changeset is green on the head. The PR body's counts ("2845 anchors across 148 records", "944 relative link destinations") are the author's local readings — the author's answer on #28045 said 2831 for the same four anchors before the merge from main rode in; the difference is main's, not this PR's. Neither number is this record's reading: the gates are green on this head, which is what counts. ✓

③ Boundary flags

  • Author: the PR is by os-bill, pushed from claude/project-thread-pm92gt — the project decision thread's branch, the thread of ruling record 6520616687, of the epic and of the answer 6524373920 — as the follow-up that answer promised when the queued branch of docs(adr): ADR-0146 — Studio designs, Setup administers; one editor per metadata item; paired <base>.customize package #28045 refused the push (GH006). It is outside the card's dispatched claim (addendum 6520664956: "ADR-0146 … is not part of this claim"), and the card's domain:ui lane has since stood down (handoff 6524323618, release 6524544915), leaving the card in pm:queue with Setup rows 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 open — none of which this PR touches. The landing is the maintainer's hand (Tier H); the PR body asks for exactly that. PR-body guards green.
  • No dev flags. The PR body carries no deviations and no open questions of its own; "Fixes nothing" and "Part of [Epic] Studio designs, Setup administers (ADR-0146): one editor per metadata item, in-place customization on read-only packages, the paired <base>.customize package, the metadata catalog moves into Studio #28130" are right (the epic is the ADR's tracking card; the PR implements no row).
  • The author's answer says "Nothing decided changes" and "all three applied in one wording commit." Both halves hold: ④ finds S13, S14 and S15 each discharged against the tree, and the diff moves no decision.
  • Escalation to the maintainer — the record has merged, and its text still says it has not. docs(adr): ADR-0146 — Studio designs, Setup administers; one editor per metadata item; paired <base>.customize package #28045 was approved (13:36:27Z, on 101e337) and merged (13:55:15Z, cdbf08d) by os-zhuang, an account in GOVERNED_APPROVERS; the epic has since dropped pm:blocked (labels today: enhancement, priority:p2, pm:epic, domain:ui, area:studio), exactly the staleness S15 named. At this head the ADR's status line still reads Proposed, "awaiting the maintainer's review and hand-merge, which is the acceptance act", and the Rollout opener this PR rewrites reads "blocked on this record's merge … Cut as cards after this record merges". If that approval and merge were the maintainer's acceptance (the ADR and the epic both define the hand-merge as the acceptance act), then the status line flips to Accepted, the At-acceptance pointers become owed (ADR-0126 §7.4 and §9 first bullet, ADR-0070 D3 and D5, ADR-0029 D7), and the Rollout opener's "blocked on" clause and the epic's "Blocked-by: PR docs(adr): ADR-0146 — Studio designs, Setup administers; one editor per metadata item; paired <base>.customize package #28045" become history — one acceptance edit, which this "fixes nothing" wording PR is right not to presume. The maintainer's call: press it onto this branch (the PR body offers the branch for exactly that) or take it separately. Until then the opener and the status line read consistently, and both flip together.
  • Open question 2 and the epic: stands as flagged in record 6524319651; the author agreed in 6524373920 that the epic's child 2d is the one to change if the ruling is "server-side default". Open questions 1 and 3 are unchanged in text; recommendations stand as given in record 6522731250.
  • Where the queue-membership Setup page lives — a seam the S14 wording brings to the surface, named here for the maintainer and graded in ④ (S17): D7, the new Rollout 3 and the epic's 3b all defer that page to "ADR-0142 D2's landing", and ADR-0142's execution plan carries no such page.
  • PR body Human Minimum item 8 (the Chinese 维护者速读 block): stands as judged in record 6522731250 — the card's own dispatch convention (dispatch order 6487063370 prescribes it); the ADR is English with verbatim quotes.
  • Quotes: untouched by the move; D5 and D6 still match ruling record 6520616687 character for character, D4's fragment is inside the row-19 ruling, and the header still says what has no GitHub record.

④ Design judgment

docs/adr/0146-…md — record 6524319651's should-fixes, each judged on the moved text against the tree.

  • S13 — discharged, and the anchors hold at the head and on today's main (d70e94a). The four anchors are the four S13 named, in the exact form; ① shows the gate extracts and judges them. Each anchored sentence is read against its declaration: (a) D3's doors clause — "the install primitive otherwise derives one from the id (…namespace-prefix.ts#deriveNamespaceFromPackageId), which for hotcrm.customize would be customize": the function takes the last dot-segment, lowercases and sanitises it to the namespace charset, so hotcrm.customize yields customize as written, and its own doc comment says it only supplies a default "an explicitly declared namespace always wins" — which is why D3 says the pairing sets namespace explicitly. ✓ (b) D4's gate — refuseUngrantedActivationWrite returns no refusal when no posture is registered or the posture enforces no wall (the single case, where the manage_metadata tier in front of it is the whole gate), admits the PLATFORM_ADMIN posture rung under a walled posture, and otherwise refuses 403 with a sentence that names the posture and "the platform operator (ADR-0126 §5)" — the bullet's three claims, in that order; the function's header names the toggle route among its three doors (through automation.ts's wrapper), so "the toggle's gate" is the right noun for the anchored body. ✓ (c) useTenancyPosture reads cfg.features.tenancyPosture off the public auth config and returns undefined until it resolves or when the value is unrecognised — "features.tenancyPosture through useTenancyPosture" is exact. ✓ (d) walledCatalogReadOnly is the pure verdict type in the security catalog ∧ postureHasOrgWall(posture) ∧ ¬isPlatformOperator, and the same file's useWalledCatalogReadOnly feeds it useTenancyPosture() and user?.isPlatformAdmin === true; its header says "never a client copy of it". The bullet names the two facts and the file's function that reads them for the catalog doors — true. ✓ One consequence of the anchor is a finding (S16).
  • S14 — discharged, exactly. Rollout 3 now reads "the two Setup administration pages D7 names (queue membership arrives with ADR-0142 D2)". D7 names two live sections the move re-homes — position holders (PositionHoldersSection) and permission-set assignment (AssignedUsersSection) — and says queue membership "has no section at this head and arrives as a Setup page with ADR-0142 D2's landing"; the epic's 3b says the same in its own words. The count now agrees with D7 and the epic, the [D7](#d7) link resolves to the heading's {#d7} id (Check Documentation Links green), and a seat cutting Phase 3 from the ADR no longer cuts a third page. ✓ The parenthesis carries a seam of its own (S17).
  • S15 — discharged as asked, and vindicated. The opener reads "Tracked by epic [Epic] Studio designs, Setup administers (ADR-0146): one editor per metadata item, in-place customization on read-only packages, the paired <base>.customize package, the metadata catalog moves into Studio #28130, blocked on this record's merge, which carries the phase 2 and phase 3 child-card plan" — no label snapshot, no PR number; the epic dropped pm:blocked within minutes of the merge, so the snapshot would already be false. The epic exists, open, pm:epic, with the Phase 2 and Phase 3 tables the sentence promises. ✓ The sentence's grammar is a finding (S18); its tense against the merge is the acceptance edit's (③).

Against the code it describes — the moved passages only; the rest stands as judged in records 6522731250, 6523690910 and 6524319651. D3's doors clause reads true (S13a). D4's authority bullet reads true in substance and in every anchored name (S13b–d). Rollout 3 reads true against D7, ADR-0142 D2 and the epic (S14). The Rollout opener reads true against the epic's body and plan (S15). No decision moved.

Must-fix. None.

Should-fix.

  • S16 — the D4 anchor points at a type-filtered verdict; one clause keeps a Phase 2 implementer from reusing the filter. walledCatalogReadOnly answers true only for the three security catalog types (position, permission, capability) — its first conjunct is SECURITY_CATALOG_TYPES.includes(type) — because the catalog doors it serves are those. A flow is none of them, so a Phase 2(b) seat that follows the new anchor and calls the same function (or useWalledCatalogReadOnly('flow')) gets false for a walled tenant administrator and draws exactly the live-control-that-always-answers-403 the bullet forbids; the server still refuses (authority is the gate's, as the bullet says), so no wall is crossed, but the bullet's own promise of a disabled switch in the console's words is missed. refuseUngrantedActivationWrite has no type input: it reads the posture and the rung alone. Say so in the bullet, in one clause after the anchor: "the posture-and-rung half of that verdict, without its catalog-type filter — the ledger gate has no type input". The anchor stays; the decision does not move.
  • S17 — "queue membership arrives with ADR-0142 D2" names a mechanism's landing, not the page's owner. ADR-0142 D2 defines membership — a { type, value } member over the five set-valued recipient kinds, sys_queue_member, one expander for every consumer — and ADR-0142's execution plan has four steps: spec and server, the HotCRM card, a console step ("a queue picker for the approver and recipient types …; a Claim affordance …; a 'sitting in queue' filter") and docs. No step is a Setup page for queue membership. D7 (on main) and the epic's 3b ("arrives with ADR-0142 D2, not here") defer the page the same way, so at this head the page is owned by neither record's plan: a Phase 3 seat reading Rollout 3 finds no card to wait for. Say which plan carries it — "(queue membership's Setup page is a child of ADR-0142's landing, not of this epic)" with the row added to ADR-0142's console step at its acceptance, or a 3b row in the epic — and D7 takes the same word. A plan-ownership gap for a phase cut "after Phase 2 lands", not a decision; should-fix.
  • S18 — wording: the opener's relative clause now modifies the merge. "Tracked by epic [Epic] Studio designs, Setup administers (ADR-0146): one editor per metadata item, in-place customization on read-only packages, the paired <base>.customize package, the metadata catalog moves into Studio #28130, blocked on this record's merge, which carries the phase 2 and phase 3 child-card plan" reads as if the merge carries the plan. Say "Tracked by epic [Epic] Studio designs, Setup administers (ADR-0146): one editor per metadata item, in-place customization on read-only packages, the paired <base>.customize package, the metadata catalog moves into Studio #28130, which carries the phase 2 and phase 3 child-card plan and is blocked on this record's merge" — and, when the acceptance edit lands (③), drop the "blocked on" clause altogether.

Verdict reasoning. S13, S14 and S15 are each discharged by text that is true at the head, read in the cited declarations; the four anchors are extracted and judged by the green gate, which for this record used to hold nothing; the diff is the answer and nothing else, and it moves no decision. The three should-fixes are a clause that keeps an anchor from being over-read, a plan-ownership seam that D7 already carried onto main, and a relative clause — readings and wording inside a record whose decisions stand as reviewed three times, the class every earlier record on this ADR graded should-fix. The maintainer's hand is the landing and the acceptance; this record is the contract-tier review of record, not a landing authorization.

VERDICT: PASS

Generated by Claude Code

S16: the D4 anchor is read for its posture-and-rung half only; the
ledger gate has no catalog-type filter. S17: queue membership's Setup
page is named as a child of ADR-0142's landing, in D7 and Rollout 3
alike. S18: the Rollout opener's relative clause modifies the epic, not
the merge.

All three applied in one wording commit, a82aed26, pushed to the branch: S16 the D4 anchor now carries the clause "the posture-and-rung half of that verdict, without its catalog-type filter, because the ledger gate has no type input" (and the 2b card #28148 carries the same note so the Phase 2 seat does not reuse the filter); S17 D7 and Rollout 3 both say queue membership's Setup page is "a child of ADR-0142's landing (a row for its console step at that record's acceptance), not of this record's epic"; S18 the opener reads "Tracked by epic #28130, which carries the phase 2 and phase 3 child-card plan and was blocked on this record's merge" — the clause now modifies the epic, in the past tense, and goes when the acceptance edit lands. adr-index --check, check-adr-links and check-adr-symbol-anchors (2845/148) pass locally. Nothing decided changes.

Contract review

Served-tier: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER

Local-runs: none
Scope: docs/adr/0146-studio-designs-setup-administers-one-editor-per-item-paired-customize-package.md (the only file in the diff) + ui/packages/app-shell/src/views/metadata-admin/catalog-scope.ts, packages/runtime/src/domains/activation-gate.ts, docs/adr/0142-ownership-queue-membership-claim-and-assignment-rules.md, docs/adr/README.md, epic #28130, epic #28236, card #28237, card #28148

Inputs: PR #28145 (body, the three comments on it, the file list of one file, the diff of this head against main, and the delta of this head against the reviewed head 23531cc: one commit, a82aed2, 16 added and 12 removed lines in four passages), the 41 check-runs on this head (read 2026-10-31T02:46Z: all 41 completed, started 2026-10-30T15:22Z to 2026-10-30T15:33Z, after the head commit at 2026-10-30T15:21Z; success: Auto Label, Check Documentation Links, Check PR Size, Dogfood Regression Gate, Governed Surface Queue Guard, Lint & Repo Gates, Lint · CI, release & engine gates, Lint · ESLint, Lint · PM dispatch-gates, Lint · docs & code guards, Lint · repo & tooling gates, Lint · scoped · query-options erasure, Lint · scoped · slot lookup & corpus, Lint · scoped · tooling self-tests, PR-body guards, Plan Test Core shards, Test Core, Test Core (1/8), Test UI, Type Check · consumer gates, Type Check · debt ledger, Type Check · source gates, Type Check · workspace, TypeScript Type Check, filter; skipped on the docs-only diff: 18.x upgrade harness, Build & E2E UI, Build Core, Build Docs, Build UI Deps, Check Changeset, Dogfood Regression Gate matrix shard, Dogfood Verify CLI, Lint UI, Live E2E UI, Packed-tarball smoke, Schedule gate, Temporal Conformance, Test UI matrix shard, Type Check UI, UI Published Artifacts; none failed, none cancelled, none in progress), the record this head answers (triage 6526328096, PASS on 23531cc with S16, S17 and S18 should-fix) and the author's answer 6526378128, and because the moved sentences make claims about them: epic #28130 (body, both comments, its state today), epic #28236 and card #28237 (bodies and comments), card #28148 (body and all five comments), the four anchored declarations at this head and on today's main (6285203), ADR-0142's execution plan, and docs/adr/README.md on both. This is a delta review of record 6526328096: S16, S17 and S18 are judged discharged or not against the tree at this head, and what the delta does not touch stands as judged in records 6522731250, 6523690910, 6524319651 and 6526328096. The head is mergeable and clean against today's main (merge-tree clean; of the 576 files main moved since the merge-base cdbf08d, none is this ADR).

① Derived judgments

② Semver level

  • No published surface moves - right. One file under docs/adr/, labels documentation, size/s, skip-changeset, a draft; nothing publishes from any released package; no changeset is owed.

③ Boundary flags

④ Design judgment

Verdict reasoning. S16, S17 and S18 are each discharged by text that is true at the head, read in the cited declarations and in ADR-0142's plan; the diff is the answer and nothing else; CI is green and the head is clean against main. The verdict is still FAIL, because the PR's premise was withdrawn by the maintainer after the last record: the epic is closed, the ADR is to be rewritten in place by #28237, and that card's order is to fold this PR's three fixes and close it. A PASS here would read as "ready for the maintainer's hand", which is the one thing this head is not.

Closing as folded into #28237 — 2026-10-31T02:47Z. Contract review 6537982666 (FAIL, M1) is right: the maintainer's desktop ruling of 2026-10-30T18:28Z (「方向定为包级覆盖:代码和 Studio 用同一机制,定制都进 .custom。」 · 「adr 146还没开始开发,可以直接改」) rewrites ADR-0146 in place through #28237, whose item 5 folds this PR's three wording fixes and closes it; epic #28130 closed as not planned at 2026-10-30T18:41Z, superseded by #28236.

For the #28237 seat: the three fixes are commit a82aed26 on claude/project-thread-pm92gt (S13–S15 in 858b0e2e, S16–S18 in a82aed26; the branch is not deleted). Of them, S16 (the walledCatalogReadOnly anchor is read for its posture-and-rung half only) and S17 (queue membership's Setup page is a child of ADR-0142's landing) survive any rewrite that keeps D4's authority bullet and D7; S18 and the epic sentence are moot once the record points at #28236.
